    Hi coach, I can not wait for your next workout, actually I am also do not like HIIT workout, I quite love strength and resistance sets varieties challenging myself lifting heavier weights...!

    Hi, when 5 workouts in a week, do we do a rest day mid week and rest day weekend day or work sure thing Monday through Friday and rest Saturday/Sunday maybe a walk? Also, recovery week is only 3 workouts, so again, do we space those out and should we do something else on the "rest" days? Thanks, Trisha.

      I have had 2 BODi partners now, and neither one has a correct email address listed so I have no one to ask these questions to and it is frustrating. I will give more time on here and may just delete the program and try something else if I do not get an answer, thanks.
