Great times we are living in! My work (besides photography as a hobby) is mostly office work, but my team and I are able to work almost paperless from 3 countries. I have a quite similar setup: only keyboards and screens at my fixed places, as well as hard drive stations as Cloud-backups, and travelling with Macbook, iPad, small Apple keyboard, magic mouse and a foldable laptop stand.
Very helpful to see how you manage all this. The promise of the internet is that you plug in and start working, from anywhere. You are doing it.
