twentytwentyforward/ twentytwentyme update 10

hello to all ten of you.
it's March 1st. what a way to start the year, by not posting for the first two months.
I find it difficult to find time to post these updates, but I know I can do better.
I actually left work with a smile on my face yesterday, and it wasn't because it was the weekend, just because I genuinely enjoyed the day at work.
hope you all are well.
where twentytwentyme was about my mental health and me acknowledging my self and my feelings (which was a resolution I think I did rather well, even if that too carries into '24), twentytwentyforward is more about my physical health and standing as an independent person, moving forward and making moves to be and feel visibly better.
