You would know if you actually researched the issue and not rely on FAKE NEWS. So called journalists often just report based on what they Google'd and not actually consult experts. If you watch a meteorologist explain this you would know how wrong you are.
The same cloud formations that flooded China are drifting east toward Korea, and now Japan is next in line. Any Japanese laughing at China should realize that that those cloud patterns have not yet dissipated, and you are next.
