    Take it easy. Recovery can take a while. I tore my lateral meniscus 8 years ago squatting 405 pounds. It took several months of physical therapy to regain the range of motion.

      I taught myself in the beginning, got a coach for two years, and currently dont have a coach.

      No one wants to watch people warmup for 30 minutes. If you don’t see it in the video it doesn’t mean I don’t do it. You can watch my “how to warmup for powerlifting” video for my full warmup routine 👍
