Based on the water container use for Culture bro small tub with 10 litres capacity 3 to 5 days big drum or fridge box with 50 litter after 3 to 4 weeks. Its also base on how much you feed to the culture. Don't do water change.
Collect the moina
drine old water and add new water and feed start a new culture.

You need starter culture and good nutrition to get an intensive culture. You can make starter culture from keeping water in sunlight for few days .it's better to add some dry cow dung or use pond water.

What should we do if we don't have chlorella mother culture
using organic manure like cow dung,bird manure you can get algae .It's not 100% pure chlorella culture but you have same results.
Mix a organic manure with water and keep it direct sun light.
Within a week you can get algae starter.
Extend the culture with chemical fertilizers like urea, NPK etc... And use it for moina Culture.
