Delicious And Easy Recipes Place.
Ingredient :
Potatoes : 470 G.
Corn Starch : 2 Tbsp.
Salt: 1 tsp.
Pepper : 1/4 Tsp.
Cheese Powder : 1 Tbsp
Paprika : 1/2 tsp.
Cooking oil, water...
*Tip*
* Wash and soak potatoes in salt water
* Cut potatoes into Sticks or Bars
* Boil with Water and 1 Tsp Salt for 5 Minutes
* Take out and Soak in Cold Water for 5 Minutes
* Dry
* Mix 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
* Fry the Potatoes with cooking oil at 160°C
* 1st Frying: 5 Minutes
* Let cool for 30 Minutes
* Second frying: 3 Minutes
* Mix with cheese powder, Pepper, Paprika.
