Always excellent to hear Prof. Peric. I have taken CFD course as one of his student and consider myself fortunate to work with him on my master thesis project. Learned a lot from him in CFD. Amazing Podcast... Looking forward for more podcasts...

that's a great one, really enjoyed it and I really hope a part two would come around soon with more examples of challenges prof Milovan faced as the solving methodology in the yacht problem was really fascinating.
    a very fruitful podcast

Hi Jousef, excellent podcast... I am new to the field of CFD, though I decently understand well Fluid mechanics and theory of CFD..I have no coding skills, so I have been struggling hard...what should I do?? Take a basic programming course, or straightway try matlab/python for numerical methods or CFD problems??

i think this en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hp-FEM has a automatic grid size adaptivity. It's base on a constant grid error to determine when to subdivide a grid. So area with higher non-linearity get more cell division than steady linear area (cells get merged instead)
