i found digital bath much later than their other songs but its one of my all time favorites. (i discovered each song pretty much individually).

HELL YES! Love the way Kel gets into it with the chorus vibe and Rich totally digging the drums! It's great to see a couple share an experience like this for the first time! Each half of the couple will have specific features they like within each song and that was definitely seen on this reaction. While this is my favorite Deftones song there is another collaborative that I favor more and I believe will blow you away: #RageAgainstTheMachine KnowYourEnemy

I want to start off by saying you guys seem like the happiest couple on youtube. They way you guys look at eachother when you listen to a song that you can both connect to just makes me feel warm inside. I found your channel by your reaction to lune by periphery. (My favorite band) i am glad that you two love them as well. I love seeing your guys reactions and i love watching you guys vibe to songs together! That being said, id love to watch you guys vibe to the song erin by the omnific! They are a instrumental progressive metal band that i know you two would love. They have a very happy melodic sound that would be soft on kels sensitive ears 😉, while also implementing quite technical riffs and rhythms. They also have a slighty jazzy feel. Erin is a short 3 minute song so if you guys are up to another two-fer id also love to see your reaction to the song kismet also by the omnific. Thanks guys keep up the good work! You two are grinding these videos out very fast. #painintheask

I like the whole White Pony album, but Passenger, Digital Bath and Knife Party really stand out. Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away) off their previous album Around the Fur is also another amazing song.

There are 2 sides to the Deftones. Change ( in the house of flys), Digital Bath, Tempest are very atmospheric, take you on a journey kinda songs. 7 words, My own Summer( Shove It), Rocket Skates will kick you in the teeth. Be Quiet and Drive or You've Seen the Butcher are a good mix...

I know you are getting thousands of requests, if you want something different, try The Gentle Storm "Heart of Amsterdam"... A metal song that has the incomparable Anneke van Giersbergen on vocals, a fife, a cello, a pan flute, a xylophone, and dueling solos between electric guitar and a violin! All they left out was a kazoo.

Deftones are considered a Nu Metal pioneer but they’ve grown to be much more than that. Far surpassing any of their contemporaries like Korn. They’ve got so many influences from 80s new wave, to metal, to hip hop. Lots of great songs to react to. My first exposure to them was “My Own Summer” and have been addicted ever since.
I read an article that it only took one take for Maynard to sing lyrics on this record. It was a direct quote from Chino.

Hell yes. I got lucky about four years ago at a record store in Louisville Kentucky. Somebody had sold their whole Tiamat and old man's child collection and I was able to purchase all of what they had for about 60 bucks.

#Deftones - Be Quiet and Drive..., Far
Deftones are basically just alternative rock. They mix in a ton of different styles. Meshuggah-style riffing at times, nu-metal, hardcore, trip hop, dream pop and shoegaze. Their singer (who blended so well with Maynard in this song) has a style that is actually reminiscent of R&B at times. So their band name was definitely showing they are influenced by that kinda stuff.
My son played this song every night for months before bed.

You're really just dipping your toes in with this track, Deftones are one of those bands from back in the day that are still going. Chino's voice is so fucking sexy and I'm a guy, a straight guy, I love this guy voice.
Beauty school, Tempest, Hearts and wires. Just a few songs that really show off Chino's range.
Im 45 yrs old and been listening to metal since I was 12, Tool are my all time favourite, Deftones are in my top 5, so are Meshuggah.
Meshuggah are just like Tool in the way that nobody else sounds like Meshuggah, Just like nobody else sounds like Tool.
Bleed, Dancers of a discordant system, Demiurge, New Millennium Cyanide Christ, Straws pulled at random, just to name a few killer tracks.
Fear Factory are industrial as fuck, double pedal kick drum madness.
Primus..... Just funky as fuck, anything by Primus will get you going.
Glad to see you guys venturing into some of these great bands of yesteryear that are still going and making awesome music.
