Just to touch on rebuild option. It's only $180 for the rebuild, and only 2 day turn around. The only reason we have encouraged the 2 rebuilds required previously were 1x young fella had treated them pretty bad coming back from the Kimberly's and they were actually 4.5yrs old. We went and done both sides to make it evenly new again.
2nd one was customer installed incorrectly and the hose from remote res rubbed on tyre and discharged all the oil. These are hydraulic fluid internal as apposed to nitro gas. So much more comfortable and longer lasting. That's just touching the surface on these products.

Did you strengthen your front lower arms and your torsion bar adjusters? Weld the strengthening brackets to the lower arms and laminate the torsion bar adjusting arms if you haven't already.
You'll probably find that your old Fulcrum front shocks weren't long enough for a 50mm lift anyway, most aftermarket front shocks for the 100series aren't any longer than factory shocks. The IMS front shocks are longer and you can get a true 50mm lift and still retain your 70mm minimum droop. Just be sure that those IMS shocks aren't too long? The shocks must be what limits the droop otherwise you'll risk damage to upper ball joints. Easy to check by jacking both front wheels off ground and dropping the lower shock bolt out to see if the shocks are the limit.
Also, can I ask why they installed adjustable upper arms on your rear suspension? There's there's really no need to do this on the 100series due to your ride hight limit.
Anyway keep up the good work on 100series, they're an awesome thing.
