I had query about your study method. As I always prefer physical books for study rather PDFs in in phone or laptop but as I see for preparation for usmle different platforms of resources are on digital basis. My mental setup is that I can't cope up with digital learning, so please tell me how should I handle/manage this.

For books, definitely you can get the physical copy of ‘First Aid for USMLE STEP 1’
For question banks and mock exams you’ll have to stick to digital methods in afraid. The qbanks are a learning tool too. The real exam is digital so better be accustomed to looking at the screen for hours!
