Preserving Winter's Bounty: Crafting Jam & Orange Peel Tea

Here on the homestead we are right in the middle or orange season! In an effort to share how simple herbal medicine can be, I made this video about harvesting oranges for dessert and medicine. So, grab a cup of your favorite tea and settle in for some cozy content.
