It's a great hat! We're Detroit Tiger fans, so we wanted to see all the minor league affiliate ballparks. We took a trip to Erie and caught the SeaWolves, than stopped at Progressive Field and watched my Tigers beat the Guardians. It was a great trip! We really enjoyed UPMC Park and had a GREAT time!
I almost said that in the video, lol. Oh MiA. Our home park. We just don't get anything cool. Well, Camp Snoopy is actually really nice, but a new thrill ride seems like it will never happen. 😩
@@TheChainLift Michigan adventure used to be my home park. I guess Busch garden Tampa is my home park now. Even though it is like 3 hours form my house.
@@TheChainLift if i was ceo of cedar fair I would by B&M Giga coaster for Michigan adventure. And i would make it 398 feet tall with a drop of 410 feet and 135 miles per hour. And it would be called fury 398.
We saw that too. It is very interesting timing considering all the stuff RMC has been saying lately. Didn’t really consider it but Universal could potentially be a great destination for an RMC TRex coaster.

Thanks! I'm sure you know, Erie is the Detroit Tigers Double-A affiliate. We went on a baseball trip this year, going to a Erie game (Erie won) and stopping in Cleveland and seeing the Tigers at Progressive Field (Tigers won). Had a great time at both games. That's SO awesome! Do you have anything from that game? I'm assuming the stadium and logo has changed quite a bit since 95. Who was the MLB affiliate back then? It could've been the Tigers still, but these teams do change sometimes.
I just looked at the logo's. I miss the old vintage look. They're so much better than what we have now. I particularly love the 1999 Seawolves logo. It's great.
I didn't! I wish I did. I definitely would've brought that up. IF what RMC did was a real tease, I wouldn't expect a Giga, but a T-Rex coaster at Universal would be so freaking cool.

There not going to leave their original park without something big. Station will be between MIB and the fear factor area and come out across the lake. Already seen universal trolling about a t rex. Wait to after Halloween horror Nights finishes and I bet cupboard t Rex's start appearing at that end of the park as they tear down fear factor
Maybe Dollywood because they are only spending 25 million on Big Bear Mountain out of 150 million ride budget! They also have been clearing out the old land were Mountain Slidewinder use to be and a hyper or giga would definitely fit on top of the mountain next to Wild Eagle

RMC right prior to the pandemic made a statement at IAAPA that they were essentially booked for several years, There have been only 2 completely new projects since. Parks likely delayed stuff & might have rekindled them for 2024 & 25, hence all the teasing from RMC
The list of US parks that are likely to add a giga is very short. Hershey has height restriction issues I believe, and all Cedar Fair, Six Flags and Herschend parks are also highly unlikely. Personally I see either BG parks as the biggest contenders, as they both have the space and the corporation willing to spend the capital on one.
I agree with this. The Busch Gardens parks seem like the strongest contenders for the RMC giga, if it is indeed for a US park. They have the space available and the capital to spend. 🙌
Don't count out Cota Land. The owner has more money than he knows what to do with and appears to have desire to grow rapidly. Being able to market the biggest coaster in Texas would put them on the map.
We've heard people mention Cotaland, since we posted the video. That's a really great guess and observation. I mean, if Fun Spot America - Atlanta can get an RMC, why not Cotaland?!?
@@TheChainLift If it’s 2 different coasters and the T-Rex isn’t a Giga, I’d give COTAland an outside chance since they’re looking to rapidly expand and they’ve shown that they’re willing to put new coaster types in the park
@@TheChainLift I believe it’s 2023. I would bet it opens at the end of 2023 to coincide with the Formula One Race in late October/early November. Weird that Palindrome should be opening soon since the race starts October 21st but there hasn’t been any news on it unless I’ve missed it

@@TheChainLift the logo was much much cooler and the colors were white and a tealish baby blue with pin stripes. They were the pirates AA at the time!
