Love love love this jumper, I’m doing green stripes with mustard bottom & parchment top. I’ve had to do a LOT of undoing, first time for both front post/back post AND ribbing. I managed the lower rib fine, but the collar is giving me nightmares.. I’ve undone twice.. thought I had it but yet again I’m losing stitches. Counting isn’t working.. I lose concentration. Anyone any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Hi, I'm trying to make a collar for a sweater, pattern # 70, I've already done it for the 3rd time and unfortunately, either I'm making a mistake even though I follow your video step by step, or you describe it differently than the actual calculation. In this pattern, the neckline (yoke) consists of 64 chain stitches, i.e. we have 64 single crochets, so if we are to leave 20 single crochets on one side, i.e. logically, there should be the same number of single crochets for 20 rows of the collar, but my collar is uneven. Any advice? Thank you PS. I made it again and now is ok, was my mistake, but now the sweater looks amazing.

I only had a heavier yarn so I made it with a 5.5mm hook. It will be a terrific "coat" over a shirt for fall/winter. Now that I know I can, I'll make it again in the lighter yarn. Thanks!

It's a very beautiful pattern. ❤. I made for my grandson. It turned out to be little smaller for him. Since he loved the sweater design so much, I undid the sweater and made a bigger size for him .... kids also love your patterns ❤❤❤

I have just completed this sweater for a 2 to 3 year old, I love it. It took just over 200g of yarn. You are so good in the way you explain your patterns and I agree with you that sometimes if you are not an experienced crocheter that it might be a little confusing but you explain this very well. If you are unsure regarding the decreasing on the sleeve, I would suggest that you wait until Simona decreases as I ended up frogging a number of rows as it did not match as she suggests.

I was interested to see you skipping stitches when decreasing, rather than the traditional decrease (where you go into two and combine into one). I'm wondering about the skipped stitches - does that not leave a bit of a hole?
Hello, I'm making this sweater and i reached where I'm supposed to do the decrease in the sleeves, when it's done I'm left with two front post at the beginning of the row and two front post at the end of it, am i doing anything wrong here? Thank you for the lovely videos.
You can check out other videos on ribbing on UA-cam. There are slower versions with closeup videos. Once you get the hang of it you might be able to understand what she's saying.
