I make this soup as well as other foods that we can from the Gerson Therapy Clinic, for my husband when he was battling cancer. He is in remission now. We thank god for this. We also use the Essiac teas, along with a lot of vitamins. My daughter, who is a Naturopatic doctor, she did a lot of research on Gerson Therapy and other avenues as well. So sorry your dad is not here anymore. Please accept my condolences! ❤ and God bless!

So good to read this! I am doing so with tears in my eyes. We did Essiac tea, coffee enemas, the vitamins... everything and anything that we could possibly do. Cancer is horrible. I pray for more strength for your husband. God bless your daughter for all she’s done and is doing. I pray others see your comment and give this a try. God bless you 🙏🏾❤️

@@KwankyewaasKitchen Thankyou so much sis. Sending you (BIG HUGS) ❤❤❤ and light. I ust want to say this, when my husband was going through treatments radiation etc. The doctors told him don't take any vitamins because the treatments would not work. We told them okay but we did not stop we continue to give him the soups, soursop and essiac teas, and all his vitamins too especially, high doses of vitamin C, and we give him D3 , B 12 and B Complex. Magnesium, Apricot seeds and foods high in potassium. We think that these things help him fight and stay strong. Because the doctors were telling him that he is handling the treatments very well. The other people around him , who were taking the same treatments were weak tired and looking like a skeleton. My husband did lose a bit of weight but he was still strong and healthy looks. This and lots of prayers work for us. I hope people would listen to their gut and also do research. Thankyou sis continue making nourishing and delicious foods. ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏and God Bless.

@@shelesta2 You are very welcome. I am so sorry you are going through this horrible disease. I have to say thankyou to Kwankyewaa's kitchen for posting about her dad's journey with cancer. So I thought that I should share about my husband's journey as well. Please use lemons and limes in water and cucumber slices morning and evening, drink lots of water to get rid of toxins in your body and no sugars. Cancer feed on sugar. Drink pure green tea as well. All these will help you stay hydrated while getting rid of toxins. I wish you well and pray that everything goes good for you. You will make it think positive thoughts too. I dont know if you have ever heard about Reiki energy, but please research it and if you believe then see if you can find a Reiki healer and get dome sessions with them ask them to send you healing energy, love and light! Cleansing your body, mind, and spirit is awesome too. Sending you lots of healing energy ❤❤❤ and light!

The Gerson recipe does NOT tell you to bring to a boil. This is because when you heat food above 140° Fahrenheit the enzymes die and that's the main point of cooking the soup for 2 hours (or until tender.). I hope people read this comment because that is one of the main aspects of the soup recipe and one of the main health benefits. Other than that this is an absolutely wonderful video. That soup looks delicious. Just remember that you have to adjust your taste tlo the lack of salt and other herbs.

Sis this video brought back all kinds of emotions for me. Oh! My Dad passed away from Prostrate cancer and I can never get over this myself. I think the internet almost crashed from my siblings and i researching about this kind of cancer and cure. We did all we could to save our Daddy's life but unfortunately God needed an Angel like him in Heaven. I remember that faithful call I had saying my Dad cannot be treated any longer but rather he needs to be taken home to die in Peace. How do you even start telling a patient this news😭? Sis, your Daddy is smiling at you now and watching over you every step of the way so be comforted.

@@KwankyewaasKitchen I think it's because lots of people can't tolerate potatoes, for some it's poison. May be that is why some people don't get better by eating this seemingly healthy soup. Another thing is gluten. If you are gluten intolerant, and you keep eating it you will not get well, because it constantly inflames and irritates your intestines. And cayenne pepper is actually healing the inflammation, where black pepper might irritate..

This looks amazing and would be very nutritious looking at the ingredients. For me I think I would like it quite thick. No need to add any spices?😂😂😂

Sorry for your dad. My aunt too died under
The care of Dr. Gonzales . She wasn't even
told this soup. Make sure you give FAMILY
SUPPORT to those on TGT, it could mean a
life for them. Lest it seem I was blaming no
The good doc barely accepted her (she was
latest stage sent home to die, when The good
doc took mercy) and she did NOT do TGT due
to lack of will, and especially *lack of support*
and so, I blame her husband for mY dead aunt.
I would now like to help those Gerson patients
who do not have any support, perchance that I
may convince The unsupportive to be supportive?
or at least lay The blame, so that they may feel The
guilt that they should for killing their family member!

Its important to take care ourselves before illness. We should eat like we sick already. Foid is medicinal, or harmful.

This is a great soup but it certainly is noT the soup made by Hippocrates!! Patatos for example were first imported to Greece in the 15TH CENTURY.
