Wonderful video!!!. I am an old man and have been collecting economic watches since the 50´s and witnessed the birth of Omegas Speedmaster, Seamaster and Railmaster in 1957. It is impossible to an normal argentine to buy Omegas, even U$S 100 is the salary of a month but now I have hope before I die. I have collaborated with a local Omega store and saw many brands with watches costing dozens of times more with failures of quality controls that would amaze you. Omega and Rolex could lower its prices too. We are not all in the First World. Cheers from frozen Patagonia, Argentina.
Thanks for the comment, Peter! I hope you get something great from AliExpress. They certainly do put out some of the best bang for your buck watches.

@@timescribe1607 Thank you. We can not use it, you have to write the govt why you buy "luxury", your income, +150% in taxes. In the 50´s, 60´s and 70´s we were so expecting electronics, Bulovas then came mechanicl again :)
Wow, that's one of the harshest tax laws I've heard of

@@timescribe1607 and 110 % inflation with 60% of poverty...if you buy luxury things govt investigates you, even U$S 30 is luxury. If you have two houses it is an insult to the People. Unless you are part of the govt...they use Rolex President.
Yes, another great video. Helpful tips which is beneficial BEFORE spending any money. I like the honesty without actually bashing the company. Looking forward to more videos.
I have a red dial "shades" style version. I feel like you think it wears big because it IS too big for your wrist. I have a 7.5" wrist and it wears perfectly and the bracelet is actually a perfect fit too. This is why watches are totally subjective and one should take reviews with a grain of salt. I paid about what you did and mine has zero QC issues whatsoever, besides perhaps not the greatest polished on the bracelet like you mentioned.
The Pagani aqua terra has their lugs so close to the case that you cannot change to any other strap than what is provided. Is the Phylida the same or better?
Nice review! When the watch came out I contemplated buying the watch but the case thickness kept me from doing it. Shame about the dirt on this index. I noticed the indices are nicely finished basically.
Thanks for the comment, Alexander! The indices are very nicely finished. The little detailed grooves on them are excellent. And the dial too. Very good for the price. But the thickness is a real shame. And so too is the grime. But I'm going to try and get that dirt off. It will be my first time taking apart a watch so I'm kind of excited
I bought two of these last year, the green dial and the blue dial, bracelets are definitely a throw away but these things are strap monsters. The green dial did have a scratch on the dial that was disappointing.
Thanks for the comment! They definitely are strap monsters. Great for a ton if straps! I just personally only wanted this one on the bracelet because I thought that suited it best. I will do a video soon showing off this one on a variety of straps
Good review as usual. I don't mind either this more casual review or the other more 'professional' review. Miss the introduction of yourself and the goodbye though. I think it's great looking watch, albeit for a bigger risk. But yes, it is rather thick and without the micro adjustors on the bracelet would lead to an uncomfortable wear.
Well, you know what they say. One man's trash is another man's treasure. It's ok, you don't have to like it, but I know quite a few people who do. And I think it's good that they at least have the option to get it or something else. More power to them. Anyway, thanks for the comment

Great to see another Phylida. Great review as well. Thanks mate.
Thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it

Thanks for watching again 😊
There's a fair amount to like about this one, and I really think those hands are cool but yeah it's not perfect, but then again nothing is.
No, nothing is. I'm going to see if I can remove the grime. Perhaps a quick future video
Exactly! I found that with lume as well, it's nice but I can buy a $10 skmei and wear it at night😂

Hi. Please can you put the link about the leather grey strap you use for the bracelet replacement? Thanks
Super versatile watch and great review!
It is, isnt? It must be on of the best all-rounders out there for the price if you get a good one

@@timescribe1607 Good luck! Get a puffer to remove any dust from the watch dial before reassembly.
Thanks! I will do

Are there any homage to Aqua Terra GMT Worldtimer?

Sorry WRIST
Thanks for watching Daddy 🙂
Which lume is on the watch?
Looks great! I hope you’re not planning on getting an actual Omega Aqua Terra 😂
No! Don't worry. My girlfriend would never let me 😉😅
USD 100 is too cheap.
I think USD 200 ~300 would be good.
The quality level should be also raised to the 200 ~300 Dollars level.
Problem with Ali express watches no Qc at all and no comeback that mark on dial would drive me nuts
what is your complain ?
With the greatest of respect, I don’t think people should waste their hard earned cash on this kind of junk.

@@timescribe1607 That’s fair enough, each to their own as the saying goes 👍
