I opened the commander box with not only Breeches & Malcolm but almost every other pirate and every other useful piece of pirate equipment and even Hullbreacher. It was fate. I bought a small wood treasure-chest shaped box, mauve sleeves, and even purchased metallic replica small doubloons as "treasure tokens".

@@signisakanades1329 After Deadeye's activated ability (or the one it grants to the other creature) resolves, Deadeye isn't paired, so it can be taken out with an instant in response to its soulbond trigger. But Jesper had a lot of mana up, so it seems like he should have made them have it, and saved his Submerge for if they did. It also seems like he didn't pay for Submerge, even though none of his opponents had forests, so he actually needed to flicker the Drake first if he wanted to leave more than 2 mana up.
Great match! A bunch of awesome plays and good showings of the deck. I really liked that the match wasnt over when the dead eye and the drake came out.

Orvar made me interested in Mistform tbh. The "copy all" shtick going around seems outdone already, but I feel like this deck is really hard to figure out and Andrews' deck tech on Mistform is really insight- and helpful! Hope to hear some take from him on how to maybe do similar stuff with Orvar. Maskwood Nexus seems soooo perfect for this but it seems difficult to build it while including copy shenanigans as well as lord tribal.

I dont mind Sharing. But I do change my decks a lot all the time and sometimes I don have the same list any more as the one I was playing. Also I don’t have them digitally only in photos.

Andrew, since you play the griffin land, why not play the infinite combo that goes with it? Its mutavault and manascape refractor. Ir result in an infinitely large refractor.

I just want to know Andrew's opinion on Moritte and Orvar since Moritte gives the Shapeshifter strategy another color and Orvar is essentially just another Mistform but with an ability.

Andrew being at 33 life stops it from killing everyone. It would kill Jesper and Adam but then would not generate enough treasure to continue the combo
He was concerned that others would have piled onto the removal to fight through it. He figured if it was on top of his library it would be less vulnerable and people wouldn't be freaking out about his infinite mana.
There are enough workarounds... if the tutor specifies the card it's looking for, you can have the opponent not find anything. If it doesn't and you don't know what's in their deck, you can just have them exile a card at random from the top or bottom, or something like that.
