On April 21st, we brought back the tradition of the Songbirds Youth Talent Show. We asked students ranging in ages 12 to 18 from across the greater Chattanooga area to submit a video audition, from which we selected 12 finalists to perform LIVE on the Songbirds stage. And we couldn't have done it without our amazing host-local musician and season four top-5 finalist on The Voice, Amber Carrington!

“Part of our mission here at Songbirds is to provide concrete resources to emerging talent, and our Songbirds Talent Show is just one way we are doing that,” said Reed Caldwell, Songbirds Executive Director. “We can’t wait to see the diverse range of music and talent these kids will bring to our stage!”

Are we going to have the 2024 talent show video or nah? Asking as a performer at said talent show. Tryna not come off as rude, but y'know, I'm still growing. If it IS coming, I'm pumped to show it off to my friends! Take care!

You've got the platform - will we see full performances by these artists, or at least short concert recordings as well as videos they've produced? I'd like to hear them really perform - this is far too short - so you were planning subsequent posts of these artists, I hope? Thanks!
