- This is the first in a series of videos I will be making about what I like to do to keep myself from getting sick, not feel so bad when I do get sick or to recover quicker.
I am taking you along with me while I make a quick batch of liposomal vitamin C and I will link a few articles here that will explain a bit better what the benefits are of making this.

I have not decided which ultrasonic cleaner I want to order and rather than rush I will omit a link for it. I will come back and edit this once I found one that I like and works well that I can recommend. If you have one that you like please let me know so I can check it out!
If you're interested in making this, I went ahead and gathered some links you can use if you prefer to speed up your ordering process. These are affiliate links so if you go through these links it will send a small portion of the sale our way at no extra cost to you!
Here is a link for an ultrasconic cleaner machine, I have not purchased this machine but it is one I plan to buy when the time comes:

I'm making a batch this PM - I add a Tbsp of organic Rose Hip powder to my vitamin C mix to bring in bioflavinoids. ❤🌹
Your little set up is pretty sweet. I didn't even know you could encapsulate vitamin c. I think you may become my health guru. Thank you for sharing the knowledge!
Haha I’m no guru but I do love to learn and experiment! I’m so happy to offer new ideas and how I do’s 💜
it's emulsified C, it is not real lipo C
@@angiem1124 I'm interested in your answer but for some reason, youtube is not showing the remainder of your reply, could you please reiterate what you did previous research! Thank you!
@@angiem1124this is what I suspect. Seems too good to be true. Is there a way to capture it properly? I saw a very scientific guy doing a smoothie with courgette skins, making oxidised C, and he was quite convincing. But he has disappeared off the internet…hmm..
Many thanks great video, I’ve ordered the ultrasonic, and i will make it when it arrives 🤗
Very informative, I have the opposite of leukemia, we struggle to keep our white blood levels above 1 it’s all vitamin and lupus related! But this here is something for me to seriously look into! Thank you for sharing and have a blessed day!!!!
Would be great if this fixes you, any updates?

Nice vid, just rounded up my ingredients! Making it tonight!
That’s awesome! You’ll be hooked on it 😀
Great update and recipe. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you 💜
Great information, love this! Great video. I have never seen that machine before will have to check it out. Thanks for sharing my sweet friend, hope you are doing well. Be blessed!

Write how you know the proportions, how much water, lucetin and vitamin C. There are a lot of videos and different proportions,
Thank you, and blessings to you 🌹
I’m really enjoying your channel. Asorbic acid is. Or the same as whole vitamin C, I buy a whole food one but since it’s food based it could definitely be made.
Excellent demonstration and explanation x
Thank you ☺️
Great video! Learned some good stuff!
Thank you! I love learning 💜
I never knew this! I make vegan butter with lecithin. I’ve bought the powdered ascorbic acid but it burned my stomach! So I already have both ingredients! I’ll try it!
Wow, that was just awesome! Thank you! :)
You’re welcome! I’m glad you enjoyed!
Very good video. Well done young lady
Thank you 😊
Really good information. Thank you.

Hi! I think you’re great! I love that you just own when you don’t know something. I would like to know how you calculated how much liposomal C is in an ounce of the liquid. Thanks!
I have Lupus and can tell you VIT C has been a godsend for me it seems to heal in ways prescriptions never can.
That is amazing! I love to hear that it is helping you!
For how long I can keep it and what model of cleaner should be used? I see some one hwo claims that you need cleaner with high energy and not all off them would do the job.
Having perused some of the comments and responses I would hopefully give some advice. Dr Levy is one of the foremost practitioners and pioneers of liposomal vitc and has written several books on vit c. He is also on the editorial panel orthomolecular news and advisor to Live on lypospheric vit c. Liposomes can range in size and at the larger end approach emulsion. Alcohol at 12% was used in the patent and stabilises the liposomes. Sodium Bicarbonate in the correct proportions with ascorbic acid produces sodium ascorbate which has a higher pH and is more soluble than ascorbic acid and closer to the blood pH. (pH is the measure of acidity).
Thank you for the information! I will have to do some research on Dr Levy when I have the opportunity. I will be looking into adding alcohol and the soda as well when I have the time, I'm blessed to have so much to do this time of year 😀 I have seen the sodium ascorbate being sold as a separate product as well, do you have any experience with that?
Does that mean I can just use sodium ascorbate while making liposomal vit c instead of using ascorbic acid and baking soda? Sorry ahead of time if my question is common sense to you, I’m just learning about liposomal vit c, and In another video I had seen the person said not to use sodium ascorbate it had to be ascorbic acid.
Hoping you answer this - how much of each? What is your recipe *with* the vodka and the baking soda?
Can you send the links on the books please
I've read and heard in a number of places that using a blender tends to increase the oxygen concentration in the mixture. The blender makes bubbles, buy pulling in air. The oxygen is not a good thing in this case, for various reasons. I've read that one way to minimize this problem is to use the blender for a very short time, and to use it on the lowest possible setting.
Thank you for sharing! I will look into that for sure 😃 I’m always happy to learn!
I think you should water in the ultrasonic machine and then put the liposomal mixture in a beaker or plastic bag. THEN, put it in to the ultrasonic machine. This so that the mixture does not overheat or something like that. But further more...... great job.
I’m be heard of using the beaker but no one ever told me why! Thank you! I do plan to do another updated video with all the things I’ve learned from the comments, it’s been so great 💜
You use the beaker also so there is NO possible way that any metal could get into your encapsulated c. That would indeed be pretty bad for your body. Lol get a beaker immediately. And pass on this easy but better safe then sorry tip 🥰 God bless you!
You definitely need to stay healthy for all the new exciting things that are happening on your property 💙💚❤️💜!!!!
That’s for sure! I think that applies to us all 💜

How is the taste like? What is the dosage you take per day?
Hey, nice video! Could I do this with any vitamin powder?
Hi ,i am making vit c liposomal but I mix the ascorbic acid with bicarbonate of sodium so it's less sour for the kids to drink
Do you think the benefits are the same ? Is it ok to do this ? Thank you
Thank you. Great video
Glad you liked it!
Great video.
Thank you 😊
Is it 1 1/2 c or 3 c. water in the blender? You mentioned both amounts so it is confusing.
Thanks for your video! After 3 years do you have a favorite lecithin?
Any alternative instead using sonic machine?...I don't have sonic Machine...here the cost is very high
I like the post shot shutter😉
Haha! It is nearly impossible not to 💜
L-ascorbic acid is supposed to be more bio available than ascorbic, the L spin helps it get into your cells better, plus liposomal process even more! Thanks for the vid xx
What capacity is the ultrasonic cleaner please?
Woaw great video and soo timely ! As some one who suffers from allergy / flu on and off I was searching the net for the best vitamin C that can help me then I stumbled on your video demonstrating how to make liposomal Vitamin C which is new to me . knowing that this form is the best , I will like to try it but I have a question , I searched all the health Shops in my country and found lecithin granulat but found Vitamin C 200 mg ( powder ) which is in packs of 125 mg each . I saw someone using Vitamin C 1000 mg powder in another video online . I understand that Vitamin C 200 mg is not as strong as Vitamin C 1000 mg and my country doesn`t permit such stuff into the country if I were to buy from Amazon , so If I have to use Vitamin C 200 mg that is available , what quantify should I use for best results ? please help me
I will look into that and see if I can find an answer! I would imagine just using more would do the trick?
Does the a acid have any orange of any kind? I'm allergic to all oranges and parts of the orange. It's hard for me to find vitamin c. Sometime I can find it made with rose hip vitamin c.
I tried looking at the one 1 ordered and I don’t see what source it comes from. I’m sure you could message the sellers and see if they have any knowledge of what they extract the c from. I know if you go with “Acerola Powder” it is sourced from that cherry, it’s more expensive though.
Great, thanks! I am slightly concerned about reactions between the acidic liquid and the possibly non-food grade steel in the cleaner. Have you observed any matting or change in appearance of the metal inside it?
Non whatsoever, it’s has as much shine as the day I got it. I have seen others use a glass beaker submerged in water in the cleaner. I have not tried that myself but I do plan to.
@@FermentedHomestead great, thanks for your answer. I cant wait to try this!
@@alexekeli7301 I dead that you can also put it in a thin clear plastic bag as well. Basically, like the metal with the bag. Also never tried it. Just read someone else mention this on another video.
Its stainless steel which is food grade.
Nothing has changed in years of making it in the same cleaner 👍🏼
What I do is clean the surface with regular white vinegar and a paper towel before and after making each batch.
I noticed that the sunflower lecithin you use is powder vs granules. Do you think that makes any difference in the outcome of lipo C? Soy lecithin is always granules. I'm not sure why the sunflower is powder.
I’ve only every used sunflower. I used to use a different brand and did not save the packaging, the new kind doesn’t seem to dissolve very well and leaves sediment on the bottom. I wish I knew if the powder vs granules we’re a difference.
Excuse me, is it possible you can give me the ratio of all the ingredients, I still got confused. Thank you.
Also- is there a temperature that the mixture should remain below? Thanks!
I would say below 86°F since vitamin c denatures above that.
I made some and am working on it now. I followed another recipe that called for WAY more lecithin. It's pretty thick, and the ultrasonic machine doesn't seem to be moving it. It's on, I can hear it. Is this normal? Is it really doing anything?
I've never had it turn out thick so I'm not too sure. In my experience a 1:1 ratio seems to work out well for me. If its not working you could always scrap the batch and try again, I think if its too thick it might not penetrate to the center well enough?
Put more water in. Simples lol
@@KC08RAS Of course I know I can put more water in; I just wanted to know if it was normal not to see a lot of bubbles and movement. If it's normal, then there's no need to thin.
@@KC08RAS adding more water without adding more vitamin c would just give you alot of fatty water without much vitamin C in each dose.
what do you think? Ascorbic acid PH 1.0-2.5 or Sodium acid 5.6-7 PH sodium is closer to our bodies PH 7.35-7.5...would the PH make a difference in absorption or homeostasis effect?
I just found out about the sodium acid after posting this video and had some lovelies give me some tips to try out! I still need to do more research but it does seem the sodium has a bit of an advantage 😊
I have made a couple batches of this. Would you say 2 shots a day would be a good recommended dosage? I have a plan to make liposomal glutathion also. I like the suggestion in the comments of making liposomal zinc too.
I wouldn’t feel comfortable giving individual dosage advice but personally I take 1-2 shots on an average day but lately 2-4 to give myself some extra protection. Glutathione sounds interesting! I’ll have to look into making that as well 💜
Thank you. I appreciate your input. It's kinda lonely here on the leading edge.
Some say that alcohol is needed also (for water-fat binding or something): did u consider that too?
I have come across recipes with it in there but I’ve never looked into the why or how. I plan to when I have the time 💜 when I first started making it that was not in any recipe I came across so I may be a bit stuck in my ways haha
@@FermentedHomestead I see :)...I will see too and continue to take a look on the different why's...
Bought an ausome ultrasound cleaner from Harbor Freight for about
$80 ...works great ..been using it for years..very happy with it
With it
I tried one with alcohol and what I think is that it may be good if not using a ultrasonic cleaner, but i did end up with what tasted like a liqeur from hell. I already don`t like the taste of neither liposomal vit c or alcohol, so i will not be doing that again.
Thank you for sharing this! I appreciate that you shot it in real time so we can follow how you make this. Do you experience any noticeable effects/benefits after taking it (i.e. increased energy etc.)?
I'm glad you enjoyed! I just feel great in general. I'm naturally a high energy person so its pretty rare when I get a increase haha.
Fermented Homestead Lol! Gotcha.😊
I have been making liposomal vitamin C for over five years. I have the same ultrasonic machine and love it. I use soy lecithin because my husband prefers the taste better. I have used the sunflower lecithin and don’t notice that much difference. I usually keep some made all year and have not used it also but know it there when we do need it.
I was wondering if you know if you can make liposomal zinc? I have read and listened to several people say that zinc helps kill the virus, but zinc does not absorb into the cells very much unless it has a ionophore to open the cell to get in. My thought is if you make a zinc liposomal it would absorb into the cells like the vitamin C does.
That’s so wonderful that you make it! I really notice a difference when I take it. It’s a great little machine! I hope I can find it again 😀 I haven’t made liposomal zinc but I have purchased it so I know it’s possible, that is a great idea! I’m going to look into that 💜 Thank you
I use zinc (the tablet made to swallow not chew) from shaklee to suck on it in thr back of my mouth as close to my throat as I can anytime I have had a cough or sore throat and I'm telling you it works . At least for me it does.
@@FermentedHomestead Hello, I am trying to find an ultrasonic clenaser with a 30 minute cycle, did u end up getting the same machine? What type? Thanks, yr video was good.
Nearly all Soy derived lecithin is GMO unless you get organic. Which means that there's going to be a lot of glycophate in the lecithin
I guess I’ll have to look for an ascorbic acid that isn’t made from GMO corn. Any ideas?
Good video. Must try. What is the name of that 『electric square machine』, and what is it really used for?
The machine is called an ultrasonic cleaner, it’s used to clean jewelers
@@FermentedHomestead >>> Thank you for your information, to buy an Ultrasonic Cleaner, is it a 『high vibration』one is better than a 『Low Vibration』one? And you just cook the liquid in the steel pot direct?
There are so many recipies on how to make liposomal vitamin c. I have seen with more lecithin, less lecithin, soy or sunflowere, some blend for a minute or less, some blend several times or chill before mixing with the vitamin c... some use alcohol (!?) which kinda made me feel a bit awkward (claiming it's used to dissolve the lecithin?) and some use bicarbonate which is also confusing because bicarbonate is the opposite to acidic.. Hm, im getting confused here. Pls let me know what you think of all this and share your personal experience so to speak? Thanks!
I’ve seen all of those too! I’ve been making it so long that I found a recipe before it got all fancy and I’ve just toyed with it since then. I don’t use soy because it’s an estrogen mimicker and I don’t consume it when possible to avoid. I haven’t tried the alcohol but it’s on my list, it’s such a small amount that I’m not concerned with the percentage. Bicarbonate is a new one for me, I’ll have to look that one up! I was super confused when I first started and I was paralyzed with indecision! I suggest you just pick a recipe and make it, I would avoid the soy but other than that it’s hard to mess up and you can always try a new batch if you don’t think it’s right! 💜💜💜
Is the final step (using ultrasound) totally necessary? Does it make the mixture lipsomal, or doesn’t it make it more concentrated (by taking out the bubbles)?
I think it does make it liposomal but I have had a couple of people say it’s not. In my experience I am able to take a very high dose without any….side effects so im inclined to believe it’s doing what it’s supposed to do
@@FermentedHomestead Hey! Thanks for replying. I’ve been watching your videos and learning a lot. I believe the lecithin makes it liposomal, but the ultrasonic makes the ‘capsules’ smaller - I’m still learning. I made it for the first time today (using an ordinary food mixer), and took a higher dose than normal, without ‘side effects’.
Hi I just listened to an interview with Dr Levi, he highly recommends lyposomal vitamin C and is a pioneer in its use BUT he says that we cannot make it at home. He says the at home lypsomal version is better absorved than the regular vitamin C but that its not lyposomal but just an emulsified version of vitamin C? What are your toughts?
Im not sure who Dr Levi is but that wouldn’t change my opinion. He would be the first person I’ve heard to say that and my experience has been great with it. I’m able to take very high doses without reaching a threshold so I think it works great! If you are interested in making it I hope you don’t let that deter you 💜
Dr. Thomas Levy is invested in the company LivOn Labs which MAKES LIPOSOMAL VITAMIN C!
OF COURSE HE WON'T WANT US TO MAKE OUR OWN.
@@logic7374 Very interesting, thank you for adding this. I didn't know what to think after a harsh comment on homemade liposomal C from someone who is much more knowledgable than I am in these things. He also added that the only good liposomal C is the product made by LivOn. It makes some sense now.
@@bandzsa he also patented the Liposomal vitamin C he makes by LivOn Labs and in the patent it states that a hand blender and normal blender can be used to make Liposomal vitamin C (common household items) therefore he's wrong, as that's the same way he makes it
@@jammingdodger1632 wow... maybe we can take a look at that patent or is this a sort of leaked information? Anyway, thanks for adding this. I really like the vitamin C that I can make , it also tastes good.
can i use liquid/slime like lecithin? i want to try this because when i take a normal otc ascorbic acid supplements i have had stomach upset and diarrhea. i hope this will work for me.
I have heard of people using it but I have not used it myself. I do not have any issues with a vitamin c threshold when using the liposomal type, that has always been the best part! 😁
Thanks for the video, I just made this. How much do you drink at once or daily?
When I make it I consume it daily, it’s usually about a shot or if I’m sick I’ll take 3-5 per day to really kick the bugs butt quick!
@@FermentedHomestead Thanks for the quick response, I drank 3 oz the first night because it wouldnt fit in my jar, oops. I had "buzz" for a few hours and couldn't sleep until 1:30 or so. I drank it past 10pm tho. Im on to one ounce and I'm giving my son a spoonful as he struggles with allergies, hoping this helps him. Thanks again!
I have read that it only lasts for 4 days in the fridge. Is that true? Seems like a lot of work to do every 4 days.
I have not heard that. It’s possible a certain quality of it could begin to degrade but it is still vitamin c and it is definitely still liposomal after months for me. We tend to take it in spurts and will often stop thinking about it for a bit and come back to it.
What size is the cleaner on the video? Trying to figure out the size I need to go for.
I’m not certain but I think it is around 1.5 quarts.
Fermented Homestead I ended up with a much bigger one. Thanks!
Can you just use an ultrasound jewelry cleaner. I saw one video where she just used one of those. Thanks
For sure, that’s what I use 💜 they come in all sorts of shapes and sizes
Other recipes I've seen had a 3:1 ratio of lecithin to vitamin C. You're talking about a 1:1 ratio. That's quite a disparity. Can you let us know the sources of your recipe so that I can research further?
Are lecithin granules ok or does it have to be powder? Will not the blender get the job done with the granules?
Cheers
I don’t remember using the granular myself but I do see a lot of recipes use them interchangeably for the most part so I don’t see why not 😀 personally I would try it and see how it goes
@@FermentedHomestead Merci!
I’ve been doing it for over a year now everything great but my last 2 batches don’t encapsulate i not doing anything different d u have any idea what could be going on
Same here! I think my sonic cleaner is going out (it’s over 10 years old with regular use) and I’m ordering a new one today.
@@FermentedHomestead maybe yes ill buy another one
So i loved your video , thank you and i made some and it tasted aweful. Metallic. Is it from the machine? Should i be pouring it into a beeker first .? It aweful why is nobody mentioning that?
Mine always tasted super duper sour and occasionally a hint of bitter. I have learned a lot from the comments after posting and a beaker does like a good idea. Maybe look into the ingredients used? Perhaps they are gmo or not organic and the pesticides could alter it?
Hi, Ive been making liposomal vitamin C at home for seven years now. Yesterday I made a batch and for the first time I got weird consistency, gel-like, non-homogeneous liquid. The only thing I changed this time was my distilled water provider, the rest was exactly the same. I don’t know what happened, I’m still drinking it with no side effects but it clearly doesn’t look like a stable substance. On the other hand I can more clearly see the “fat” on the liquid so a part of me wants to believe that this is “the real deal”. It does feel a lot more like the LivOn vitamin C. I’m so confused/worried.

I didn’t notice a terrible smell, it wasn’t pleasant but I wasn’t repulsed by it
How do you keep the temperature low enough to preserve the integrity of the vitamin C?
I haven’t had an issue with it being too warm. If you’re concerned you can stop and let it cool down
Fermented Homestead I stop and put mine in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, because I don’t have a temp control on my machine. The solution starts to get pretty warm after about 15 min so that is why I do this to keep the temp at about 100 or below. I plan to buy a ultrasonic machine with temp control next time I did not no that it mattered when I bought this one yrs ago. Just asking.😊
Vitamin C denatures above 86°F #science
I am excited to make my own Vit C thank you so much for making this video My question is I happen to have liquid sunflower lecithin will that work and do I omit the water for that?
I have never tried the liquid but I know there are several recipes for it out there! I would imagine you would replace the water but I don't want to guess on something I have never used 🤔
@@FermentedHomestead thanks for responding I decided to go grab the granules today so i can just copy you and ill do some more research on the liquid 😁 I also noticed a couple other recipes call for alcohol do you think it makes a difference medicinally?
I have had a few people bring it up and I hadn’t done any research but I will be. John mentioned that it’s purpose is stabilizing the liposomes but beyond that I am unsure. I will be looking into it a lot more when time permits and will do another video if it is needed 💜 I’m so happy your giving it a go! It is such an inexpensive way to get some serious immune boosting goodness
@@FermentedHomestead very grateful for your video and people sharing recipes Ive been buying it because I have an autoimmune disorder but as a single mom its hard to find the money for it I make alot of my own products and lobe learning new stuff I had no idea it was so simple
how does it taste? I made mine and it kind of bitter... I wonder if it came out right...
I would say bitter is a good way to put it.
@@FermentedHomestead I was thinking that if the Vit. C get coated with a layer of fat, that the ascitic taste should go away? And if ascitic taste still strong, maybe there is no liposomes?
Hi is the ultrasonic cleaner needed?
It is, the machine is what encapsulates the vitamin c
Does it matter if the vit c is buffered?
I don’t know the answer to that but I did a bit of looking and i personally wouldn’t just because it seems to have its own benefits and I’m not sure if the 2 would work well together. If you do try it let me know how it goes!
Hi thanks for the video I have made some of this, was wondering what it’s supposed to taste of? I can’t taste any vit c am I supposed too? Xxx
Its hard too explain the taste, it definitely doesn't taste like a normal vit c supplement. Its strong, tart, maybe even a little bitter?
Fermented Homestead thanks, mine just tastes greasy 😂 xxx
I heard in another video that if you taste the sour of the ascorbic acid that means its not fully encapsulated. If you only taste the fatty lecithin, then I assume it's more thoroughly encapsulated.. Also I got the impression that the longer time spent in the UC the more thoroughly encapsulation occurs..
The recipe is very incomprehensible, please write how much water for lucetin, and how much water for vitamin C, thank you very much 🌷
I use equal parts. 4 tablespoons vitamin c, 4 tablespoons lecithin, and 3 cups of water. I mix the vitamin c with half the water separate from the lecithin and the other half of the water . It helps the lecithin to reconstitute and the vitamin c to dissolve. Mix it together in the blender after several hours and then pour into the cleaner. I hope that helps 💜
Dr. Suzanne Humphries has a great playlist on her channel (if YT didn't remove it) all about vitamin C where she goes in detail about it. I reccomend checking her channel out for that 😉 .
I love her, she is one of the og docs I learned from!
Do you have to drink it as a "shot"? Can I add it to a smoothie?
I’ve never tried it but I don’t see any reason you shouldn’t
@@FermentedHomestead awesome! I have one every morning and now I'll just put this in it. Got everything ordered. Thank you so much for this video. ☺️
Can this be done with other supplements ?
I’ve heard of it being done but I have not tired it

I usually do a shot for prevention and several shots per day if I’m ill, usually like 5-6 if I remember enough
Is sodium ascorbate ok to use. I heard it was better than the other types.
I have heard the same, I hear that it has the same C but less of a ph difference. I have not tried it though, it is on my list to try! I’ve never had an issue with how I make it but I’m always open to learning new things!

Hello. What is the flavour cherry vitamin C called? Please and thank you
Acerola cherry. Let me know if you like it! I haven’t tried it yet 💜
Just got the Acerola in the mail. Once I make it in a few days I’ll send you a thought on it.
Just made it with the Acerola and it is a much better tasting v c. Very light powder. Very fluffy! Spilt a few drops and it hardens hard like glass. After 24 hrs dissolved completely and was a dark clear. After I mix with lecithin and repeated the fridge, blender process it was light colour Expensive with shipping but much better tasting. Thank you so much. I’ll be making the next one using Canu Canu.
You are beautiful! You remind me of Alicia Silverstone... Anyway what about the sunflower lecithin LIQUID, how much of that would I use? Still the 4 Tbsp? I like it because it has the natural oils still in it and dissolves better in water..
That’s very kind of you to say, thank you! I love her. I tried to do some digging but I wasn’t able to find a lot of info, I’ve never tried the liquid. I would try it and if it works the same I’d go with it.
@@FermentedHomestead it's super sticky but dissolves almost instantly in the blender. Supposedly you can even put it directly on wounds/cuts and it heals.. I haven't tried it but it seems to have some remarkable properties. I am trying a little over a tablespoon of liquid lecithin to 40 grams ascorbic acid and 24 oz cold distilled water. That's giving me a little more than 1,600mg per oz and with an absorption rate of 80% that is more than 1,300mg per 1oz dose. We are taking it 3x a day at 8am, 3pm, & 10pm with no adverse effects. So 🤷🏽♀️ who knows. Maybe I'll bump up the lecithin to 2 Tbsp since the benefits are good for you anyway...?
Thanks for your time and effort to help get this tutorial out. Take care.

Thank you for the suggestion. We do store it in the fridge so it only get occasional brief light but it doesn’t hurt to protect it more 😊
is this safe for acidic? or with gerd?
I’ve never researched those so I wouldn’t feel comfortable giving my opinion. I’m sorry
@@FermentedHomestead thank you
Помогао БОГ и Пресвета БОГОРОДИЦА Да Благолове тебе Амин.
Normally this works fine, but the last time I made it, it congealed while in the fridge. Any thoughts?
That’s interesting, I’ve never had that happen. Maybe the lecithin you got was bad?
@@FermentedHomestead Hey! Thanks. The lecithin I've been using has been okay so far. The congealing could be due to bacteria (similar to yogurt), but does bacteria multiply in vit C? I don't know. I'll probably continue to drink/sup it, and if I feel ill, then I'll bin it.
I just deleted one of your other comments by accident 🥴 I don’t think bacteria can survive in the vitamin c but I could be wrong, I’ve never actually tested the ph but I will next time
@@FermentedHomestead No worries. The ph is around 3. Theoretically I guess bacteria could live in it. I’m ‘drinking’ the congealed liposomal anyway, and feel okay.
@@stephenhogg6154 when you say “congealed” do you mean separated like there is a separate layer on the bottom because that happens to me as well and I think it is common although I don’t remember what that means or if it’s ok or if we are supposed to shake it before we drink it? You?
Please tell the process without ultrasonic cleaner
I am not aware of there being a process without an ultrasonic cleaner. The machine process is what makes it liposomal C
What about using bottled mineral water?
I couldn’t say one way or the other, I have never tried it. Let me know if you do! 😃
Fermented Homestead then why do you use distilled water?
I use filtered well water but if that’s not available distilled or filtered water because it’s just clean pure water. No chlorine, fluoride or other contaminated that could interfere with the process or absorption.
Add a little natural sweetener or natural flavor!
Thanks for the video And muting your blender.
Of course!
Hi thanks for this amazing video how long does this liposomal vitamin c last? Is there anything we can add to make it last longer? Thanks! ❤
Put it in the Fridge. Make smaller batches and consume more often.
but your supersonic machine is coated in metal...you need to do this in a glass jar and use water in the supersonic machine
I have heard that recently but my cleaner is stainless steel. I do plan to experiment with different ways coming up. I’ve seen seen people use beakers, would a jar do the trick? It’s seems pretty think for that
My new machine says a beaker is better than a mason jar as a mason jar is too think. And also the beaker must suspend about a half inch above the bottom.
Lol dont be paranoid
Look into whole food vitamin C!
I will, thank you
Isn't vitamin C watersoluble ???
Yes it is
Well water is some of the most dirty water to come through a faucet.
I would disagree with that, some can be fore sure. A large number of city plumbing is toxic, along with the chlorine and fluoride laced water they pump through them.
U R making it more difficult than necessary and in the process the lecithin is getting too much oxygen and heat. Just put the lecithin into a jar with distilled water, shake it a little, put it in the frig for a few hours, or overnight, +shake it a little more. After that, very little blending of lecithin is necessary. Probably works with well water also.. After that (some would say) the one time when there IS a reason to bend it longer (for 60 seconds) is AFTER u mix it with the vitamin C. but if no intestinal flushing is happening for u with that method, then .. maybe I just learned that that is also not necessary.
I had no idea! My last container of lecithin was so clumpy I couldn’t get it to dissolve so I started doing it this way and it stuck. Thank you for sharing, I will try your way next time and see if I notice a difference 😊
@@FermentedHomestead : Did you notice a difference?
Hiya, can you elaborate... Ratio water / acorbic acid/ lecithin and time / duration of fridge, blending, ultrasonic process... Much appreciated
You most certainly can make LVC at home, but it will be best made to create liposomes using alcohol. Dr Levy speaks against making it at home because he has interest in LivOn, so he doesn't want sales to be taken from him at the number one source for purchasing LVC - LivOn, some of these comments speaking against not being able to make true LVC at home need to shut up and educate themselves! It is not just and emulsion!
After looking into it a while ago I had come to the same conclusion about the Doc, I’m sure he has other valuable information and experience...my experience tells me it works great! I do wonder about the alcohol, off hand do you know what purpose it serves in the process? I haven’t had the time to look into it yet.
Turns Vitamin C into a slow release
Nice! I didn’t know that
I drink Liposomal Vitamin C everyday now.
🥰😘
That's not really liposomal C, it's emulsified, says Dr. Levy. He says it's better than not emulsified, but not lipo C so if you don't get the results you want, don't think lipo C doesn't work because you haven't yet tried it. Most people use the liquid lecithin.
I’ve heard both ways on that. I think it’s more than emulsified because of the massive dose I’m able to take without reaching my vitamin c threshold. I do want to try it with the liquid at some point though for sure! Thank you for sharing 💜
just one comment next time can you explain just a little more slow and please show your products to the camera and do not move so quikly when you hold your stuff
Thank you for the feedback 😀 I tend to get a bit excited and just go haha. I haven’t really tried showing many products before so it felt a bit awkward, that I can do 👍
Slow the 'play' down on your computer. Are you 6 years old?
I was interested until the absorbic acid. That is not good for you
OK, I hope you find what you’re looking for
Ascorbic acid is not Vitamin C!!
I’d be interested in your source on that one. My understanding is that it is pure vitamin c
