I made my first financial mistake during covid time where I was panicked since stock market are performing very bad that time. And I sold my etf in a price where it's lower than my purchase price. Luckily, my investment amount just a few hundred ringgit only since I don't have much fund to invest during my university time. NGL, I started to learn about money all thanks to one book which is "Rich dad, poor dad". I won't consider myself a pro investor, but at least I wouldn't invest based on emotions or FOMO.
you will definitely see some saying - what's the use of earning so much but can't buy my dream car with my salary hike - dream car worth 200k+,monthly commitment towards the car is like 25% of their salary. Speaks volumes of their lack of financial literacy. Just too many like this.
What is the most effective strategy for entering crypto trading if you have around $5,000 to invest, or even if your investment amount is slightly more or less?
Trading is difficult, I'd spend the five grand on education for trading. It's not easy. Investing is different, that's easier. Short term or long term gain is the question.

As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a pro or a very good trader to keep you accountable.
Someone like expert Nancy Williams Laplace
Omg! Nancy's strategy has made winning trades a regular occurrence for me as well! It's a huge milestone when I think back on how it all started.
Amazing! I'm so surprised to see Ms. Nancy being mentioned here under this comment!
