The SOMA Institute offers 11 month and 15 month Clinical Massage Therapy programs designed to accommodate busy schedules. Soma has certainly picked an excellent instructor in Rob Laubach. He is a master. His voice is easy to listen to, he's very articulate in his explanations, and is obviously well schooled in massage. I am so happy I stumbled onto these videos!!

How to join this course how to do learn foreign students
May I ask about using lotion and what type you all would recommend? I've always used oils but I'd rather switch to a lubricant that won't spill on my rug or stain my clothing.. any ideas? thanks in advance ( I would like a lotion without lots of chemicals)
BioTone makes several good massage lotions. They have an organic version, too.
