    1:17 circular kneading on low back
    2:36 wringing petrissage on low back
    3:30 squeeze kneading the obliques
    4:05 smooth out the lower back
    4:20 effleurage up to the shoulder
    5:00 open palm effleurage on shoulder
    5:09 parallel forearm effleurage on shoulder
    5:53 finger pads between scapula and spine
    6:19 loose fist going "up the hill" between scapula and spine
    6:57 finger pads in medial border of scapula
    8:17 squeeze kneading the shoulder
    9:00 squeeze kneading the neck
    9:14 smooth out the side of the back and transition to other side

    This is great instruction - I've paid for online courses but they don't explain the actual mechanics of the different strokes in anywhere near as much detail. Thank you!

    I got my diploma in swedish massage a few years ago ,but my practical training was not as good and informative as this guy teaches. I'm going to ad some of these techniques into my program .

    I'm MMA when throwing a elbow you keep a relaxed hand.
    If you keep a tight fist the muscles flex passed the bone and does less damage. You can feel you own arm right before the elbow, then flex and relax your hand.
    Nothing beats technique
