YOU ARE SO LEGIT! I’m 6 months pregnant with my 2nd son and I’ve been freaking out about all the stuff “I need”. I’ve watch all you hospital packing videos, baby essential videos and the freezer meal for postpartum! I stumbled across your videos suddenly, honestly was just looking for diaper views for cheaper diaper and I am so glad you popped up on my feed!! You are wonder women in my eyes!
You can also get stains out through sun bleaching. Especially poop or breast milk stains, if you lay them out in the sun for a few hours it works just as well as bleaching, and you don’t have to deal with chemicals. Sun bleaching works for colored clothes as well with minimal fading.
I’m a first time mama to be due in December, I haven’t even thought about buying bottles lol. I have probably over 15 bottles that I was gifted in my free registry bags. And then when my son finally picks one then I’ll invest in a set! Love your videos!
I use an AmedaMya pump. It’s small and rechargeable. It’s a hospital grade pump. Since it is compact I actually put it in a fanny pack and am able to walk around to get stuff done at home. I love it! I was able to get it for free through my insurance also. I opted for flour sack towels from Walmart (the ones you find in the kitchen towels area) for burp towels. They are big and work so well with a spitty baby. I use a travel bassinet for co-sleeping. It has 4 inch mesh walls so it makes me feel more comfortable. I don’t have to worry about us rolling over on the baby or the baby getting smothered with covers.
I am so thankful for your videos. I'm due the first week of April and first time mom. I cant stand clutter or the stress of buy this buy that etc. Thank you for keeping it simple!
Yes!!! Sams diapers are my absolute favorite diapers! The love to dream swaddle was a freaking game changer with this baby! We’ve used it since day 1 and my two month old EBF little babe sleeps 8 hours straight every night 🙌🏻 I swear it’s all because of the love to dream and using it since day one! 👏 I’m the same with not having extra stuff! I had SO much with my first son and this time I have almost nothing. My favorite “burp cloths” are def flour sack towels from Walmart! So cheap and bleachable. I use them for a diaper changing towel, burp cloth, milk catcher if I’m not using the haakaa. They’re amazing.
It's so true though. You use less and less baby items once you have your 2nd. I remember getting a wipe warmer, bottle warmer, diaper genie, it wasn't needed at all. I hated that diaper genie haha I did get another kind of baby pail for diapers but it didn't take away the smell either so with my 3rd, I just used a standard trash can with bag and tossed out often. I did have the adorable burp cloths but with Shout gel, I got them out easily. You make wearing a baby so easy though. I am a bigger woman and it just wouldn't fit me right or I never got the right kind to fit me. ;)
Agreed with everything you said just had my second in July. I used a regular baby tub with sling I didn’t know about the sponge one! Diaper bag and swing is another must have unless you already put in video! My first only could sleep in swing! Also baby toys like little books, play mirrors, toys that make noises.
We always co-sleep because I can wake up and check baby fast. Also I can reach easier. Sleep more... with the first it was hard when he was in the bassinet. I’m almost due with the fourth and I don’t want to spend more money. Since will be my last. I got a lot of the things you mention. I also thrifted and my family/ friends gift me lots of things I forgot I needed.
I wish I had a manual breast pump when I was released from the hospital on Christmas day in 2005. Nothing was open to buy. My daughter was still in the hospital because she was born at 6 months. That night my husband and I milked by hand. The hospital loaned me a machine. When I opened it up at home part of it was missing. They didn't tell me I was supposed to take off certificate parts of their machine fir my machine.
Dollar General diapers as also really good. They are $10.50 for a box of 80 and you can get coupons on their app a lot of times for $1 or $2 off and then they are even cheaper.
Yes yes yes! Also, ALDI diapers! So good and so cheap! No socks, elvie pump and onesies all the way! Please don’t get Mamas button outfits. No one has time to match those up lol! Only thing is the elvie CAN leak. Ugh. I’ve been using mine religiously for a year and have lost milk to that. Also, HAAKA! That was my best best friend!
Iam 41 with 5 kiddos. I will not be having any more babies, but hey hopefully there are grand babies in my future. Thank you Abby for always making such informative videos! Sending Anguiano love ♥️ always!!!!!
Hi Abby, just wanted to know how useful was the newborn Bobby lounger? I have a nursing pillow and I’m debating if I should get a lounger. Your inputs would help! Thanks
We were gifted a boppy lounger, and we loooved it but once they start wiggling or get too big (which took 2 ish months for our boy) then it’s all over!! I wouldn’t buy one if we hadn’t been gifted it.
I’m having our fifth baby. I loved this video! It doesn’t matter how many kids you have, hearing what other moms love is so helpful!
My son is 4 and still uses his aden & anais blankets regularly! (not to be swaddled obviously but for comfort...and as a cape 😂)
Thats adorable 🥺
I guess Im quite randomly asking but does anybody know a good site to watch newly released series online?

Amen on the swaddling! So many moms don't do it & their babies are so fussy. Mine (3) loved it.
I love this! I agree with your minimal approach with the newborns. They don’t need much! We’ve got 3 and hoping to have the 4th soon :)
I am so thankful for your videos. I'm due the first week of April and first time mom. I cant stand clutter or the stress of buy this buy that etc. Thank you for keeping it simple!
You are so welcome!
Yes! Costco is my go-to for diapers. Huggies are my favorite, and the Kirkland brand is basically the same!
Looking forward to minimalist for preschoolers. I have a two and a half year old.

I have twins so it's double everything
I want to do minimalist for my baby. I'm a young first time mom and I want to only buy necessary items.
So close to 100k!! 😍
Thanks for another great video
Thank you!

I got the spectra through insurance!! I cant wait to try it out
Loved this video! Makes me excited to plan what I’m doing differently with our second.

Thank you for always watching!
I wish we had a sams or a Costco anywhere near us. Walmart is our only option besides amazon lol
Same here. Nearest Sam's is over an hour away.
That’s ok! I go with Luvs usually there!
Totally agreed bought the snuggles me for h
Almost 100k subbies!! Hurray!
Hi. Can you do a video how you clean baby bottles?
I was wondering if I need to get a bottle warmer or sterilizer?
Thanks.
So helpful! Can you link the plain white swaddle blanket you highly recommend? I’m only seeing a pattern one from Aden & Anais. Thank you!
Stay safe god bless love your channel
Thank You 🕊
Pumping at work!? What about maternity leave ? It’s a year to 18 months in Canada. Maybe it’s not the same in the US?
You can get approved for 6 to 12 weeks and that’s it. And dad may only get a week.
Oh where did you get your children's names? I don't think you talked about that in your q and a. If you want to share that. 😊❤
Will you repost the breast pump backpack link please? ❤️ It isn't in the description.

Which pump do you recommend more electric or Manuel and which one is less painful
How did you go through the process of getting your insurance to cover some of the cost??
Hi Abby, just wanted to know how useful was the newborn Bobby lounger? I have a nursing pillow and I’m debating if I should get a lounger. Your inputs would help! Thanks
if you have a nursing pillow i wouldnt worry about it. they can lay in a bassinet
We were gifted a boppy lounger, and we loooved it but once they start wiggling or get too big (which took 2 ish months for our boy) then it’s all over!! I wouldn’t buy one if we hadn’t been gifted it.
Why do you use baby swings from 2 months? Would love to know your opinion 😇
I don’t usually use baby swings. What I shows was just a seat to let the baby sit in
when is your due date
I had a baby in may
@@thesimplifiedsaver7052 did you post a birth vlog
