The watercolor was framed with acid free mat, you can tell because the cut Bevel is very white. Older paper mats will be turning brown as they age, they will damage art if left in them. The frame job alone was over $150, yes I'm a framer, lol.
That's great information :)
I always wonder why a painting so nice and framed by a pro..........how did it end up at Goodwill ?
Glad to hear Andrew say he wants to go back there! We need us some Andrew and Jocelyn shopping together! Right peeps?
YES!!! The dynamic duo.💜
It's nice to have Andrew and his sense of humor back with you
It was sweet to see him help out.
you guys are always so endearingly supportive of each other's finds; it makes me feel so happy & uplifted to watch you guys together. 🥺
I know the artist of the rubik's cube with elephants - she is married to my mother's cousin. Fun to see it!
@@yblasini9935 Her name is Lenore Atwood.
@Ersuladee - and Margaret Atwood's sister-in-law! (Ontarian here 🙂🇨🇦
@@maryelliott7143 yes that’s right! :)
Fellow Ontarian, nice to know. Love Margaret and seems the family is creative as well!
It's when Andrew said OH MY GOD!! Just the way he did it makes me Laugh when I think about it!!!
Hi my name is Nancy and I have just subscribed to your channel. I'm from Scotland and enjoying going shopping with you x
love watching you two look at the same things with different eyes, enjoy your vacation, thank you for stopping to visit with us
Oh boy It's Andrew I haven't stopped laughing since the last Video with Andrew it was the way he made the comment about his Lady not knowing who Gomer Pyle's was!! The way he said it cracked me up!!! Love the two of you together!!!!
Loved those teacups and seeing you and Andrew together.
I am in love with that desk! The drawer pulls, STUNNING!
That watercolor was beautiful. I'm learning so much from you!♥️
I love seeing Andrew shop with you. The knowledge the two of you have! And his sense of humor is great!😊
I loved that water color!
I'm so glad to see and hear Andrew .... I think I've said that before / LOL thanks for the vid / I love the GW vids!!!!
I love the watercolor
Dad says, " That's a green rabbit of hoppiness.
Good to see Andrew back
Unbelievable rocker and desk and the price almost made me fall over. 💟
If you go back they have silent auctions at that mall. There's another smaller Goodwill in Fogelsville and a small private thrift store in Kutztown called Once Again. Some neat stores and restaurants in Kutztown as well. If you go a little further south there's a few antique shops in and around Fleetwood. Those are all my local haunts. I love Cottage Crafters, great mall.
It’s kind of hilarious how I watched this video and then later went to goodwill and found a piece of chipped Italian pottery😂
The green rabbit on the nest is Fenton. Had one identical to it.
That desk was GORGEOUS! The blonde wood...you have Goodwills in PA that have many more wonderful objects than we have here in Maine.
Really like the bunny and the giant rooster.
4:15 That looks like an early Fenton Bunny on nest! The eggs were mostly on the Fenton and Westmoreland ones. This one looked like a big Fenton one. Dang, I would have picked that up.
I just got a little blue bunny like that green one for 60 cents!
Delighted to see you two shopping together again!
The glass pear with the flat side is a part of bookends from Murano. The other bookend is an apple.
Oh my! That white piece in the beginning is the best thing for lists! You use a sry erase marker and it will wipe right off! I’ve had one for over 30 years and love it!
You didn’t tell me anything that I didn’t already know!! Anyone who has been watching her for a year or two knows all these things and probably more about Joslyn.
Always enjoy videos with Andrew and you together! Let's see more!
Thx for sharing. So good to see and hear Andrew again!
Awesome to see you and Andrew ❤️
Always fun to watch you hunt the Goodwills. And I never mentioned it but I LOVE your new intro! Thank you for sharing!
Yes, the new intro is excellent!
I enjoy Andrew’s comments! You are both adorable; enjoy your vacation!
Nice to see you two together…💙💖
Omg the cute little dog infront of the weird thing
The snail looks beautiful in glass.
Cool new location! No public potty?! I’ve got 20 years on you Jocelyn I wouldn’t last long in there😂
Came for the hunt for treasures with andrew back! Stayed for the fleetwood mac ❤
yay andrew is back
Love how you play the game. Praying hands. When alone ….xxx
Now Jocelyn u know it doesn't count to play the game when your alone lol cause u will always win. I love to see u and Andrew together..you got some really nice stuff .every time I see the coke bottle opener it reminds me of my mama she had one and it's now in my possession .I love it.i definitely would have bought that rocking chair .
MacKenzie Childs actually has a bunch of Easter and egg stuff marked way down on clearance right now on their website. You could stock up now and make a good profit come Easter.
OMG the handles on that desk! 😍
Love goodwill shopping videos, especially with you and Andrew
How exciting! This is on of my favorite Goodwill/ Antique Mall combos! I live about 20 minutes from there. That Goodwill is always feast or famine for me, either my cart is full to overflowing or it’s completely empty when I leave, it’s almost never in between! Please come back soon!
So neat! Sorry I missed you and Andrew. You are at one of my favorite Goodwill’s in Allentown! And you went to Cottage Crafters, I’m dying. I go there all the time too! Wish I would have been there to see you!!!!❤️❤️
Love it so much. Andrew and you 🙏
“Italian pottery is almost always chipped”. I LOVE THAT. I wonder if it’s true. I suspect it is!
I purchased some beautiful pasta bowls made in Italy at a store names Fortunoff’s (it’s been almost 40 years please excuse the spelling) in New Jersey. They never saw a dishwasher, but chipped horribly and a couple of years ago finally had to pitch the last one.
@@deniseangonese278 , I have some lovely Italian coffee cups with hand painted strawberries on them. I rarely use them and always hand wash them, but after 30 years, nearly all of them are chipped.
@@evmcelroy That is how they are ? I have a set of Franscican china from the 40’s that I love and I purchased it used, an entire set, no serving pieces, for $65 and there is only one small chip on the underside of a salad plate. It’s called Woodside and has pink flowers, brown small branches, and green leaves. Reminds me of dogwood. Much more delicate than the Desert Rose I was dying to have when I married, but my husband hated it.
I love the watercolor! Wow amazing job! ❤️❤️❤️ Acid free mat. The rocker is oak and lovely!
Victoria MacKenzie Childs has her own UA-cam channel. She's got beautiful rainbow colored hair and she dresses in vintage clothing and she tells the grandest stories. ❤
Some Studio Nova is worth a lot. I sold a sugar bowl by them for almost $40. Are you sure that little lion was Lisa Larson? I bought one from Kenya that looks a lot like that.
FYI, your skin always looks flawless Jocelyn. Thanks for taking us along on all your trips.
I have missed that Andrew goes thrifting with you....nice that he's back!!!☺
Should have grabbed the covered bunny dish.......... bunnies aren't just for Easter......... AND it wasn't clear!! 😘
Was Fenton
Ok that set with the fish shaped blue and green pottery dishes-- I LOVE THAT! Awesome find!
I believe those were Treasure Craft... gorgeous! I was wondering if you got them...? I would've if the price was right! They don't go with anything I have, but the glaze colors were simply amazing! I've never seen TC serving plates that large before! Totally LOVE them!
McKenzie Childs is sold on Home Shopping Network. I saw it was flipping channels on night. I was happy that I’d learned who the artist is.
Oh no! I hear your sniffles. Your sick! You need some couple of days off from doing all this. Oh!! I Love the glass snail,,starfish, lol! Andrew is funny too! The fish, little kitties, Awe!! Miniature owl and pear😍💜😍
aaawww...I miss you and Andrew shopping together ❤
I was at a Goodwill in Allentown yesterday!
I love your vignettes, you have such a great eye and you are so creative. In the kitchen putting some peppermint candy in that cool jar might look interesting? But such good items😍😍. Love your channel and Nicole’s too😀
The desk!!! I ❤️!!!
that desk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1988 I was 14 😜 I love the print on that oil lamp. Gorgeous winter print.
In 1988 in was 34 and pregnant with my only child .... yikes ! She’s only a year younger than Jocelyn and just finished her Masters at UCLA in Fine Arts. She seems so much younger than Jocelyn.
Love the little little kitties
I'm just like you...I can't stop shopping
1988. Gee never occurred to me I was older. Not by much. Just 4 years.
What a Treasure Trove! I want to go back to that store too, and I live in Oregon. Please give me directions.
Love it!
Hi Andrew and Jocelyn 👋
Yes! I love a goodwill treasure hunt! Great video
I like the watercolour AND the frame. I'd snag it for 7.00.
Oh my I am only 20 min from Allentown I frequently shop here 💞
That desk was really cool.
There's an awesome Goodwill Bins in Hackensack NJ...I've gotten some amazing vintage pieces there.
Loved that antique shop
Love the watercolour!!
Wow, you're now in my neighborhood! Bethlehem Square just off Rt. 22 has a Goodwill as well!
I felt ssssooooo old when you said, "1988. That's the year I was born, Andrew." LOL!!!! I thought to myself how old are you, Pam???? Lol. But, that was a great year.
I know! I went … Dang my son is older than her!!! 🤦🏼♀️🤪
Oh my , I was married 3 yrs in 88!!!
Graduated high school in 1988 so technically I could be her mom, oh my! As always thanks for the video. Be well
I have the dame one mine says made in Japan on bottom
Love that Rubik’s cube
Jocelyn, you sound like you are getting a cold or allergies. Hope you feel better! ❤️🇺🇲
She was in the Lehigh Valley Allentown, PA. Allergies are always bad here.
I guys great to see you both❤️
You guys need a smaller motor home to travel in can carry all your treasures have a bathroom and be able to eat instead of always eating fast food and when laurel and Andrew need a nap it’s right there think about it
I’m so excited!!! That’s my goodwill!!!!
You are so young:) My oldest son was also born in 1988. Seems hard to imagine that I have an almost thirty-three-year-old! Edit- that rocking chair was GORGEOUS, sad you didn't get it..
29 for the desk is crazy you should have bought it!!!, here in LA that would have been hundreds!?
The chair was $29, I think the desk was $400 ? I should go back and listen ...
Great video!
Buy the picture with the desk and send the guys to do a pick up.
Oh I HATE when I have to go to the bathroom while I’m shopping 🛍!! And the tiny tonala’s are the cutest! I always pick them up and put them in my junk jar.
Lisa Larson lion was to die for!!! Such a cool piece x
Can’t believe you left it behind!!
I would love to have that bunny dish. I have bunnies as pets and collect glass bunnies. The dish kind of reminds me of mosser glass. They have a bunny dish just like that.
Thank you!! ❤️❤️
Hi,
If you don't mind me asking you this, how did you get into becoming a
reseller? How did you learn so much about glass and other valuable items? Did you know a little bit about values of antiques before you actually became a reseller?
Thank you.
That Mall really looked fun. Tiny Tanala is a Hoooot
My mom and step dad live in Nazareth PA. Maybe one day when me and my brother are thrifting we’ll run into ya’ll 😊
Ooo NJ I am north west NJ right on PA border
Fun new shop!
You should consider traveling to Aurura, NY, south/west of Syracuse for the MacKenzie Childs sale . I have no info about when it will be held, but it's worth looking into.
Loved that little stuffy! What was it made of? Oilcloth? Love it!
