That Italianate style strikes many of us in the West as kitschy. The kitchen is just ridiculous, and impractical. If I had 3 million lying around, I think I'd find 1000 apartments to spend it on before this one. Interesting to see though, and you can't argue with the location and view.
You will be surprised, but VERY FEW people are willing to sell these days even 10% below the market price. Bargain prices were maybe in March 2022, but still people were not selling much at that time, but after May 2022 prices returned back as they were before the war. If you look at Odessa these days and especially Arcadia area you will understand that nobody is afraid of raschists at all 😀
@@UkraineScamExpert Slavic stubbornness. Odessa has no reason to fear rashists. I’ve been visiting Odessa for 15 years. I’m not surprised Zelensky hasn’t bothered trying to filter Odessa residents. The city would lose 3/5 of its population to the Ukrainian Gulags! 2014 was a terrible year in Odessa. I was present during the trade union fire and as a westerner, with all the devastation my country has caused around the world, I honestly couldn’t bear watching that fateful event. I knew at that very moment, Ukraine would turn into Libya. I pray that Odessa architecture survives. Thankfully there’s no AZOV base in Odessa like in Mariupol.
@@mistereearly1141 Seems like you watch too much of raschist propaganda. We hate raschists as of last year in Odessa with all our hearts and probably with every cell of our body. Tonight those raschist animals (YT does not allow bad words unfortunately) destroyed our passeger sea port, which we all loved to visit once in a while. You just cannot imagine the level of hatred Ukrainians have towards that bloody raschist nation.
I honestly wouldn't feel peace in this magnificent property
That apartment is like a palace.
It looks like a museum, not for living. Buy 30+ apartments with 3 million, then collect rents :)
For most of us - great invesment opportunity, but... would be very interesting to know how really rich people think 🙂

Yeah, I still think it is overpriced even at 2.5 M
I like how the tv is blocking the painting....classic.
This happens when your designer wants to get out of the apartment as much money as possible 😀
My dear Odesa is my hometown and it has only one O in it. Odesa. Also Mykolaiv. Please kindly fix then
Live in Odessa for 40+ years and then we can talk about it 😀
Will he take $2.5M in cash? 😆
Sure! 😉
Or in crypto 😀
@@UkraineScamExpert sold. I will pay in Elon coins. 😆
I honestly have no idea what you are talking about. Most apartments in Odessa are 50 percent off their highs, and still no sales.
Maybe it is some other Odessa like Odessa in TX? 😄
There must be sellers anxious to take any deal to secure dollars ahead of the “threat” of Odessa falling back under Russia

What a good idea to buy property in a warzone at market price!
You may be surprised, but at this moment that apartment is not for sale anymore.
Maybe someone has already bought it?
