Ooh. Soul's Demise would also be a nice one, it's about sin eaters. For a Danny Elfman vibe, check out Simone's cover of This Is Halloween on her own channel. Patrons have access to Simone's creepy yet beautiful "Sally's Song". And Zora did the song from The Ring. So not available for public use.
I second My Soul’s Demise, probably my favourite Blackbriar video. They make all their videos themselves and make them for other artists too. All of their videos are really cool, I’m sure they would also love to talk about that with you :)
Go Dutchies! 😀 Stumbled on this band some time ago through a reaction by The Charismatic Voice. Love this song, and the video is amazing too. Creepy-tober is a nice month to learn about filmmaking 🙂 Thanks for making this one! It's been ages since I was in De Efteling and the Villa Volta attraction, but is's really cool how they create the illusion of the whole room turning upside down... I really like it that this video does similar things, not just the 'usual stuff' 🙂
A couple of the bandmembers are making videos for other artists as well under the name Cinebuds including Dianne, Stream of passion and Plan 9. Also saw them live this saterday in Utrecht (they're on tour with Kamelot, Ad Infinitum and Frozen Crown).Kamelot was the headliner,
Not related to this or music, but I think you might enjoy reacting to Astartes Part 1 - 6. It's an approx. 14 minutes long short film based in the Warhammer 40k universe. It's a very impressive 3D animation project done by one dude over years. The whole video is basically an action-fest with some worldbuilding stuff thrown in for other fans, but its tastefully added so that you can kind of get the idea of what's going on.
You're not the first to recommend it! I would love to watch it but I don't really have much experience with animation so I don't know if I could really do it justice analysis-wise!
Maybe the ruffles guy is a medium? That would explain the slightly more eccentric style. Hands are an alternate way of communicating maybe. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Fun video for sure.

Yes! This is a good one
You should get them on the channel. Besides being an awesome band, they produce not only their videos, but for many other artists!

Blackbriar is really into the Victorian gothic vibe. Very old school.

Oh this is cool, glad to know! And lucky you getting to see these bands live!

Lol maybe!!! I don't know if it was really intentional. Except maybe the medium part, that's a good idea!
