I brought my own bike but for those that borrowed they looked fine. It was a very slow ride with a lot of stops and very flat so no need for anything fancy. Helmets were available but not everyone chose to wear one. Ride took a few hours and then we had lunch together. Follow Salento Bici Tour for future events!
