I love the fact that we are getting back to zeepkist. I honestly think that a lot of games neglect how important having a very flexible and comprehensive editor system is for allowing creativity, but that’s what I appreciate about zeepkist. In zeepkist, it doesn’t matter that there is no building grid or if the object you are working with is directly clipping into another object. You want an invisible or intangible object to add to your build? You can do that! You want random physics objects placed generically around the track? You can do that too! The only things I would change if I could would be the fact that the physics system is inconsistent online as well as the fact that more people aren’t playing it
Map idea which I call: Rotating Map. Rules are Simple but long. 1. You choose theme for your Map. 2. You spend 15 minutes to build your map and save it. 3. You hand the map to the person on your left and get map from the person on right. 4. You have 15 minutes to continue that Map with the theme they had choosen. 5. You rebeat this until you get your own map back. 6. Validate your Map. 7. If you can't validated your Map you can spend 15minutes adjusting it and try again. Rebeat until validated. 8. Everyone show cases their original Map they had to validate. You guys usually play 3 to 5 people meaning multiple people would be building the same map and you would get funny maps. You can also adjust the time how long you can build the map as you see fit.
You should make a track with hidden "short cuts" that ether are longer than the track or skips a needed check point... so you can show kan how to make a fun no short cut track. And you can dapper it to get the fastest time
@Dapper At the first shortcut your fastest speed was after landing 128, all other rund were about 110-114. You managed to get that speed by landing still on the down slope, getting a little bit more speed before hitting the speed boost.
I almost wonder if you can ramp off that very first sort of half pipe area to the road down below and skip half the track all together? Like jumping all the trees.
I wonder if you went right instead of left at the last checkpoint if you could shave even more time, instead of going around the loop in the back just jump over the wall onto the last part of the track
Looks like there is a better cheese near the end. Instead of taking the intentional cheese setup. If you stay on the road until the spiral down, you could possibly jump the track there to be closer to the end. Would def not be easy though. Get a real good view of what im talking about @10:49

The physics system being inconsistent online is due to unity itself...

That's a cute little track. Someone will probably get it under a minute if they haven't by now.

I noticed that too.
where's the cheeeese dapper
i mean you could try and cheese it even more using the lip of the grey rim to jump down to the ending ramp
I almost wonder if you can ramp off that very first sort of half pipe area to the road down below and skip half the track all together? Like jumping all the trees.
another short cut in this map. after the first jump into the gray part just jump off into the ending part of the track if possible.
I reckon you can jump off the first shortcut into the middle land on the slant then jump off onto the shortcut tunnel
Landing further up on the downslope while taking shortcut 1 could probably get you an entire extra second.
More of this please D man!
