Looking at the comments, I guess I'll be the one to say it, I don't fully agree with this list. Since the general content of the comments talk about how hot the lister is or how hot characters are or other lists that should be made.

I always say Rogue is one of the most powerful mutants ever! Self Possessed in Evo was one of my favorite episodes ever. She is literally a one women army.
Don't anyone wish Marvel would put Scarlet and Quiksilver as Magneto children again? I agree with Amanda. They only change their origin due to Disney and Fox. Now Polaris is left alone with no brother and sister.

@@akshatsinghal5293 I think they meant that, but there was another time, under the Black Vortex enhancement she saved Spartex by phasing the huge amber encasement surrounding the planet off, freeing the planet.

Back when Wanda was a mutant she was an omega level mutant. Polaris should be up there too. Quicksilver should be alpha level.

Gambit should be on this list, since you also took in account different storylines, he has its place in this list. When he reaches his full potential he just blew up the Dark Phoenix, thanks to his full control of his power and the ability to using them on living things !

I would love to see Prof. X, Scarlett and Rogue as Omega
The Summers family tap into the power cosmic. Meaning they have access to the power that created the Fantastic Four and Galactus Heralds. This is why Sinister always wants a Summers - Grey gene mix. Summers has the ability to power all sorts of ability and Grey can be the most powerful expression of the abilities. That should make all the Summers Omega level.
Scott Summers Optic Blasts are far more complicated than they seem. He actually generates nothing; his eyes are portals to a dimension of energy. Ruby glasses/visors act like a cap for those portals. If you combine the phoenix force with that it's a bit scary.
Omega Level requires control over your powers Cyclops can blow a hole through the entire Earth Omega level power but he can open his eyes without his visor that bump him from the list
This, then, should include Corsair, as their father is immune to the powers of his sons, just as each of them is immune to their siblings' powers. I don't know that they gave Corsair powers of his own actually, but being able to absorb that level of energy, even if he cannot redirect it is amazing. And that's something that Havok and Scott had worked out as a tactic. Scott would use his optic blast to power up Alex, then Alex would redirect it, amplified with his own powers. The trio of brothers could go around the circle powering the next in line in a cosmic leapfrog until it reaches whatever level is required for the purpose at hand. Fox screwed up so much about the Mutants beyond just their godawful New Mutants film, but the worst thing they did was have Alex with no brothers in First Class and Scott with no family at all in the main line of films. I hope that is something the MCU fixes, and I would love to see Corsair.

Rogue absolutely should be omega class! During the Xtreme XMen run, Sage 'super-charged' Rogue's power to extreme levels. She was able to recall any power she previously absorbed. Speaking of Sage, she is highly underrated and underused. With the ability to scan and jumpstart a mutant's latent power, and super-charge others, an inate resistance to psychic assault, a mind faster than computers, and repressed telepathy ... she should be near omega class level herself.

I was under the impression that Omega level mutants abilities can have planetary affects.
Well yeah that's what I also think and that's why I disagree with basically the entire list but it's never been confirmed.

Dazzler needs to be an Omega level mutant she was described as having no precivable limits by project Pegasus and Galactus recruited her to save one of his heralds plus her powers can be extremely versatile and despite her being a creation of a record label and marvel teaming up she is amazing and has so much more potential than most give her credit for

@@anthonyellis4915indeed, the white violin from umbrella academy was able destroy the moon with a similar power set and almost no training that she could remember and very little control. Dazzler could easily be the strongest mutant even if her powers aren't as adaptive as hope summers she has the potential to outclass anyone in destroctive capability

Because in her own series, Alison was once commented to have the potential to change any energy she absorbs into any one of the fundamental energy sources imaginable. Like say, play music off an iphone; trigger a nuclear explosion by converting sound into radioactive energy.

kitty pryde- needs both halves of ability akin to vision
cyclops- limited ways for power output
jubilee- is no longer a mutant. is a vampire
mystique- apocalypse is this powers omega. shape and mass shifting together
Psylocke- powers messed with/redefined cant get into that top 1%
quicksilver- not fast enough. needs speed enough to trigger temporal powers
Xavier- is actually only slightly above avg. just better trained to use greater percent
scarlet witch- poorly defined powers
rogue- no control
Jubilee is cured of vampirism ultimate kitty has super density intangibility and pym particles moira has herr own classification
@@JunKurosu Density manipulation like Vision and Shinobi Shaw wouldn't actually make one intangible in the way Kitty is with her phading powers. Increasing density would make visuon or Shinobi be able to become diamond or maybe even mess with gravity fields, but lessening density would just nake them like air, not actually be able to go through airtight matter. Density only measures how compacted mass is.
Jubilee as Gambit can obliterate any matter. Kitty can phase through space and time, is telepathy immune, etc (what she can do is unlimited). Quicksilver could overreach the light speed and Rough can control now.
Additionally, Rogue can absorb other people's forces / powers / memories / life force / consciousness without needing to touch them
Unlike Hope Summers, she's not limited to powers, and she's clearly not limited to mutants Once she even prevented the destruction of the world by absorbing all the powers of both Avengers and X-Men
And even if the powers of Wonder Man have no impact on her classification, the fact that she has absorbed them forever makes her incredibly powerful

Emma Frost feels like a stronger empath than Xavier even on her worst days.

What about Magik? She has teleportation as her mutant power but she has magic and soul sword that can counter any magic. Hope Summers should be on the list.

Quicksilver is not actually the fastest person in the Marvel universe. There are at least three people who are faster than him. And the Scarlet Witch did not banish the Phoenix force from existence. She helped exorcise it from Cyclops.

I was happy to see that someone else was willing to acknowledge that mystique is Omega level. I remember one comic I can't remember the number of the X-Men comic when banshee was using an inhibitor collar created by forge to prevent her from using her ability to shapeshift she was still able to fight the collars affect shapeshift into banshee all the way down to copying his DNA and his retina scan to try to have the collar removed.

I thought Omega level refers to whether a mutant's ability can affect the entire world or not and Iceman was considered omega levek because he once brought the world to an ice age? I don't really know much, I haven't read that deep into anything else besides Venom's current run.
...Also, Rogue's my favorite character after reading Uncanny Avengers.
Omega level is a level of power where the owner of an ability is the only on that mutation nature can reach unlimited capabilitie.

@@VampX13 Well, Northstar and Aurora are both mutants and faster than him. But non mutant characters like Adam Warlock, Silver Surfer, Quasar, and Spectrum would leave Quicksilver in the dust, easily.
