You can't cure modern disease with modern diet (fast or processed foods) it starts with having a more natural diet even though it's getting harder and harder and more expensive. But it starts with a healthier natural diet then the natural herbs will work better.

I love this man's sentiments. I would be bold to say that peace is longer lasting in Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania. But there will always be conflict between tribes and every so often conflict with 2 sides that have cultural acceptance levels that are high and the other side has none, i.e. Al-Shabab. They have no tolerance for Western influence and have made it known from time to time.

I will say go back to Ghana take your time and explore and i bet you will not want to live any where but Ghana. If it’s the hills and the calmness you want, it’s all in ghana. Just go to aburi and kwahu and you will see something you didn’t see when you were there in Ghana there is so many places you could not visit.

What people don't understand is that Africa and African countries are diverse. You can't describe them as a whole. Yes Nairobi is westernized but other areas within Kenya are not. The maasai have preserved their culture and attires and so are other tribes. There are 45 tribes and many more sub tribes. Even the looks are different within Kenya.
