A test was conducted on a domesticated Khezu (yes people like to have them as pets or "work horses") and the test was to see how it can well...see, there a dead kelbi placed down on the ground. They wanted to see if it either 1: Hear the person walking around and it being placed in the ground 2:smell the dead kelbi or carrier of the kelbi. The Khezu did something else. The Khezu ate a rodent that was eating the dead Kelbi. They concluded the tests as it can sense thermal heat off the rodent and not the dead kelbi. I find this odd because the Kelbi could've been still giving off heat either from the gases in the body or the suns heat being absorbed into its fur. So maybe the Khezu can just sense the essance of living beings and feasts on them...gross

@slowloris7438 As a MH veteran, fighting a Khezu the first time was heckin tough. That can go for everyone just starting out, yeah? Plus, even with my own skills, the fight in this game is actually a little trickier than the other ones since the equipment available isn’t as strong. Compared to the other games, these Khezu have been taking some steroids or something. Ironically though, the Royal Ludroth only got easier for me in this game, so maybe it just depends?
For most people who start in Gen 5, Khezu is like nothing they ever faced before, it's so wierd so bizzare the only ones that come close are the Sunbreak Crabs. I can see why people get a bit over cautious facing one for the first time.
Mannn if youre play in mhrise or mhworld you lucky couse if you use potion you can still move but if you play in mhfu or mhp3 in android btw you know the real pain of monster hunter with the fuck hit box in mhfu and a stupid wind amatsu in mhp3 yeah i hate that but if you play monster hunter original youre a legend bro
