GTA Sindacco Chronicles is a total conversion mod from the authors and developers of Forelli Redemption (a mod for GTA 3) for Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories that came out in 2005.
1998. A new Mafia war is on the rise in Liberty City - the Sindacco, Forelli and Leone families are at their throats again for domination over the worst city in America. The Sindaccos, led by the ambitious Paulie Sindacco, plan to conquer what they can before the others can get their hands on what’s left of the city. A loyal henchman they have, Joseph Daniel O’Toole, is supposed to infiltrate the Leone Family. Meanwhile, Paulie’s two nephews, Frank and Marcus, are preparing their men for a big war…
The mod is released on PlayStation Portable, PlayStation Vita (through Adrenaline), planned to be released on PlayStation 2, Android, iOS... and perhaps other platforms.

Patch 1.1 is released. It fixes some critical bugs and brings some improvements here and there. You can see the whole list of changes here: barcode-studia.ru/sindacco-ch...
Patch won't affect your saves. As usual, to download the patched version you should just download the game again from my website, LibertyCity, ModDB or GTAForums.

About 15% in and this is the most fun I’ve had playing a 3D-era GTA in years! The mission design is creative and very fun, and the AI voiceover does a lot to sell The experience. Thanks so much! Only note is I wish the map had more icons, like pimping, contracts, clothes, etc - otherwise have to remember locations by heart.
11/10 must play for every GTA fan!

I liked the character of Marcus Sindacco a lot, the dialogues and his personality, I even wish he were a canon character

I've finished story four times and I like how it is everything connected with LCS now I know why sindacco family have no apperance in liberty city because they escape in las venturas nice

how to add the custom tracks on ppsspp ? where folder location ?
With there being no item/weapon maps (yet) i've been really exploring Portland for the first time in 20+ years. All the little alleys and out of the way areas hunting for hidden goodies.
It's actually been really fun and really thrilling when you come across a cool weapon or armour.
another awesome passion project done out of love for GTA. Hope it doesn't get taken down by Rockstar.

I've been playing this on Vita and i absolutely love it. Its professionally made. It works great with "native res" and "remastered controls" hacks. GE patch doesn't work, it makes adrenaline crash but "native res" hack does the same thing.
I am wondering if you would ever consider porting this mod for the Android-Vita version of LCS? Because then people can experience the great mod you made but with thr Android-Vita graphics and improved framerate.

Чуваки, это очень круто, я как ахуевал сначала с того, что игру для psp можно модифицировать, причём глобально, а вот сегодня прошёл основной сюжет и уже удивился с того, как небольшая команда может сделать такой качественный продукт, который, по сути, как отдельная игра, особенно учитывая работу, проделанную над мануалом. Огромное вам спасибо за проделанный труд, я изо всех сил постараюсь популяризировать этот мод, Forelli Redemption (за который я ближайшее время сяду, очень уж интересно) и другие работы, которые надеюсь в необозримом будущем мы увидим, очень жду подобного глобального мода на VCS, там тоже есть где разгуляться. This feels like San Andreas Stories is out.
I'm playing Forelli Redemption on my PS2, and I'm really enjoying the game. it's simply a new game on my console (in the 2020s).
And seeing now the Sindacco Chronicles, I'm very curious to know if you intend to port this game to the PS2.

Finally couldn't take waiting after finished Forrelli's Redemption, so just settled for the PsP version.......which is mostly just getting to new driveby mechanics on a Ps1 controller. Definitely enjoying it so far, even if I haven't gotten to pilot a long awaited liberty city helicopter yet.
This project is amazing the vehicle curbside spot in the safehouse felt like modern gta story mode games where you can save vehicles outside garages
This looks really good! I like how some cut radio stations from GTA III made it into the game. I could imagine some cut cars from LCS could make it into Sindacco Chronicles, too.

I completed it today on my PSP 3000. Nice expierence. Maybe 3 missions were kinda annoying but to be honest for a fanmade mod this is really good.

Thank you for making the latest version of the GTA mod for PSP Console. Hopefully in the future there will be another new mod for the PSP version or hope that there will be a mod base for GTA vice city stories made like this.
This is amazing. Unfortunately I lost my PSP somewhere in the basement which was also flooded a couple of weeks ago. And its not easy to buy a psp with CFW here in Germany. P.S. Why do you have a mistake in your team's name? Its studio, not studia.

About time somebody made a total conversion for GTA LCS, now we also needed a total conversion for VCS as well
What we need is a demakes!
Not sure if it's the emulator or if I accidentally turned them off during a mission but the Voices no longer play even after the prompt states it's enabled. The mission that I got up to was Ordinary Routine but the phone call after is silent and same with the two missions.
I also purchased the docks next to Vincenzo's place and saved there so not sure if that bugged it but starting a new game brings the voices back but uh....yeah that isn't too good

PPSSPP you said, right? do you have a PSP? and also do you have any other games that work on your PPSSPP? if not, chance is you put it in the wrong folder but if not, then maybe the game is only designed for PSP devices since i play it on my PSP, i should try it in my PPSSPP (Android) tho

The gameplay, the quality, the story, even the radio stations, gives the mod the illusion of a true sequel or spin off

hey @barcodestudia, it's me again, i have a question with the location with the tramps, cause i found only 1 in chinatown and i unlock all the islands but the other tramps doesn't appear, i have to complete an a especific mission? or what i have to do to find those tramps.

It would be possible with things like this do an hypotetical port of the OG GTA 3, VC and San Andreas for PSP or that rumour is true that they all use different engines than the stories? Unless they can be recreated?

I've just downloaded today and it's awesome. But just a little thing. On Giulliano's Base my game freezes and my PSP shuts down, specially on the Contracts, normally when I kill the last guy of the first hit.
Any idea of what is going on there? Will you fix it or have any idea why it keeps happening?
If you play on a Spanish version, wait for the patch. It should be fine on English version.

Without a doubt, this GTA is a Gem. I completed the game and I felt very satisfactory, even though I felt it was short in Act 3.
GTA Sindacco Chronicles It will take the gold crown in my opinion. It is not perfect but it is a true gem and thanks to this game I already felt affection for the Sindacco family ;)

I'm fans of mobster story and LCS always special in me compared to another GTA games so what a great job to modder who make this mod, i hope they add more mechanic gameplay for example instead just straightfoward mission the game have feature to make crew Family and became Capo. I know how hard you make this mod, so i'm just sayin' though.
