Who needs Netflix when you have entertainment like this. And it's informative. It never occurred to me to walk the belts on . Thanks Mr Dactal!
I never saw a cigarette rocketed out of my mouth so fast when I heard that "fruity laughter" after Steve's head impacted that pipe wrench. Sure look like I might need "adult diapers" too.
Some dinner ! The fall guy in taryl’s vids is some good sport to put up with his wacky ideas !!:-))
Damn it Mr Dactyl and Jr - you guys had me jonesing for your videos after not seeing one for a week or two. Thanx for the info you graciously share. And thanx for the awesome preludes before the infomercial. How about some vids of Jr working on stuff? You guys ROCK!
That "POS" smells kinda funny... Another funny, and useful video! Thanks for posting this, I'm sure I'll need to refer to it soon.
These videos are GREAT!
I have worked on snowblowers in kitchens before! Thanks for the tip on the plastic bag under the gas cap!
always a well played vid, great work. cheers The Dizz
good info....thanks for the video. helped me to replace belts on a toro in no time. much appreciated
That brought back nightmares of me splitting my Ariens 8/24 in the snow covered driveway when I lived in Maine.
Sure am glad I moved to Florida 😂 8 years ago.
Thank you thank you . Wish I could post video comments... you have helped me out a lot
Awesome stuff, nice instruction. 👍👍
Thank you sir.
My Symplisity snow blower slipped a belt like YOU stated can not get your hands fingers to set the belt so I closed the gas and tipped it on a jack stand on it s nose removed 6 screws holding the base plate set the bottom of the belt fished up the belt using the pull cord rotated the belt on oh spark plug disconnected .
All better time to finish snow blowing thanks again
I like that bag under the cap trick too. I hate it when it goes all over the kitchen floor. ;)
I had to do this on a vintage Hahn a few years ago. Only used one belt to drive everything. My back still hurts when I think about lifting the engine half on and off of the blower half, but it did the trick and cleaned up the snow and there was my dinner.
You guys are hilarious!
+Tools In Action Thanks tools! I didn't mean you guys are like tools... I checked out yur channel I like it! Glad you enjoyed ours.
I love that skit awesome
Them Crapsmans seem like real PITA's. ...I don't live in snow country so I don't have to deal with them, ...but I always learn somethin knew from your videos that I haven't thought of before, so I watch them anyways.
You ever make it out to Californy, I'll buy yer dinner.
another great video Taryl. That bamboo chainsaw must be one of those Japanese or CHINESE models - lol. Thanks again for the information and laughs. You guys have a Merry Christmas.
I like your dinners how about lunch videos LOL 😎🚜
Good stuff.
A-haaa haa haa haa! That was a little erie in the shed. Reminded me of Deliverance, or more like Little engine shop of Horrors. Another excellent video! Thanks for making me laugh!
Brilliant video thank u 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 you guys crack me up
Grass rats yeowwwww!! I want to download that tune.
I just got an old Toro 521 running that had been sitting for years and when I went to go check the belts I noticed my top primary pulley and the drive pulley are rusted badly but the auger pulley looks alright. Anyways got a question,I was wondering the best way to fix these pulleys. I was gonna take my angle grinder with a wire brush wheel and get it the best I can but what should I use to give it the best finish again, some kind of primer ,paint or something. Replacing them is not an option at the moment and we got a lot of snow coming next couple days. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks. Btw your videos are hilarious!!
thanks
After you have changed the auger belts on any snow blower, have you ever engaged the auger and tried to turn the impeller by hand? I have, and even though it is not easy I can still turn it, do you think I should be able to?
Another great video. A bamboo chainsaw? Huh, must be for cutt'n bamboo. Any thoughts on oiling those wheel drive chains on that the last blower? Maybe they never need it.... Hard to say.
Taryl I enjoy your videos. I have a toro 724 from 1996. to replace the traction belt the manual instructs you to remove and reattach a spring from a notch in the body. the spring is immovable. Is there another way?
Nice
Hey it's popular with me I like all the intro'sand the DIY
Instructions
Has anyone else noticed that all taryls customers look like the same person with different hairstyles?
good
Thumbs up, to bad no snow yet.
some John Deer's are made by Airens painted yellow and green. These split apart on the bottom opposite of what is presented here. I'll bet a lot of others do as well. (loosen top two bolts remove bottom two)
0:08 lol
'And there's your dinner!'
And know we know where that comes from :)
4:40...I need to replace my cable chute direction controls on my Husquavarna with this type of rod linkage. Do you have any suggestions...besides not buying my POS in the first place?
What belt size does the old craftsman use,I have the same blower.
Tim Kalal I have a similar machine, model 536906000 and the belt size is 37” x .5” for drive belt, and 38” x .5” for auger. Part #’s 49570MA drive & 41740MA auger. Hope this helps.
atta Boy!
I printed out ur photo and glued it on a canvas
Reminds me of a Turkish prison LOL What was that white stuff coming out of the augers when you started it ?
I noticed you kept the chainsaw for parts LOL ~!~!
Good one Son....
I have a 1970s Gilson) monkey wards 2 stage been trying to get the chute off no go! Any ideas??
"pull the motor recoil starter while fingers are tightly entwined in the auger and drive belt. DO NOT remove spark plug boot for safety!"
It puts the lotion on the skin or it gets the hose again
It puts the two cycle oil in the gas can or it gets the ethanol fuel again lol
1:50 1:51
you can be sure you won't have anymore idle salesman walk thru your door.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Your logic is defective. You applied the clamp to *tighten* the idler, making it *harder* to install the belt. You should do the exact opposite. The weird thing is, I still found the video useful. Thanks! PS - your teeth are fine :)
the clamp was used to old the brake out the way. i didnt here him say to use the clamp to tighten the idler.
Copy and paste that
thats the way i would handle a salesman who tried to trick me into voting for biden
Looks like someone has sensitive feelings about their teeth!
It's a piece of crap😂😂😂😂😂😂
Never even watched the video. Seen the stupid face making and decided if it starts out like this, it can't be a smart video to waste time over other than say Stop with the insane facial come ons.
