I've been afraid of being called a liar my whole life, which has affected my outlook on others that make the same claims. However, if someone is a known and borderline pathological liar, they're the ones that make it hard for everyone to believe them. If she's lied about so many other very serious situations, faking illnesses, etc. It makes you wonder... if she could lie about that stuff, what's stopping her from lying about other very serious situations (like SA & SH)? So I understand your hesitation to just outright call her a liar and tell her that she's not a victim, but try not to be too hard on yourself about it either because - due to a lot of past events- she has been branded as a known liar. I truly do hope she is lying, as I would not wish SA or SH on my worst enemy, but if she is lying she needs to come clean about it.

I remember seeing Elphaba sing at Exeter Pride, she claims it was to thousands of people but it was bare asf 😅 First pride I've been to where you could see more floor than people. She wasn't booked or anything, just awkwardly asked the host to let her on but I'll admit it wasn't bad (I didn't even know who she was until like two months ago) and the people who were around the stage, found her to be "Better than the booked performers" I'll never forgive myself for clapping after knowing everything she's done 😅
