I've been watching this video since I was 16 years old and now I'm about to be 22. I have such dope memories listening to the growlers with friends in basements and going to see them at live shows, this will definitely be the band that I tell my grandkids about.
I've been listening to them since I was 23 and I'm 29. The Growlers will be a part of the creation myth I tell my children.

I stared listening to them like at 12 and I’m 19 now
I started listening to them when I was 17, now I'm 27. Good times.
I found The Growlers - Chinese Fountain being the song for a skate part (Jarne Verbruggen ”Never Skatebored”) of a Belgian skater, been listening since and ended up on their gig in London November 2018.

I love The Growlers so much. I’m pretty sure I’ve heard every single one of their songs that’s been released, and memorized all the lyrics. The sound of their music is so addictive and calming, I can’t get enough. I find myself listening to their entire spotify discography at least once a day. Really wish I could see them live.

The first time I saw them was back in 2012 at amoeba for free and saw them a couple of times after that at beach goth. Even tho I grew out of that scene I love listening to them and feeling 16 again😅
My head cannon for this video is that they originally were going to play it slow like the album version but the drummer sped it up and it’s only bc I’m looking at the guitarist and bassist and I’m catching them looking back at the drummer like he pulled it out (the tempo) last minute lol
