- A wig sister is trying to decide between the two of these so I filmed a quick comparison video because I was blessed to have them both.... hope this helps others as well!!!
Always remember that each piece can vary some so the best I can do is talk about the pieces I happen to have.

My measurements
○ Circumference= 22" (average)
○ Front of Hairline to nape of neck (over top of head)= 12.75" (average is 14.25")
○ Ear to ear over top of head= 12" (average is 13.5)
○ Temple to temple around back of head= 14.25
○ Hairline to eyebrow= 2.5"
○ Hairline to tip of nose= 4.75"
○ Hairline to bottom of chin= 8"

I just bought a Voltage in pumpkin spice rooted ( lovely shade ) and I am happy with it, I did thinned her. a bit on top but I do like her, I am an average/small so it fits me really well, it also looks good tucked behind the ears ( I am a huge tucker ) and also with a hair band, thanks for showing her to us, Iam liking light blondes now but voltage in that pumpkin spice is very nice, since I did not know if I would look good in her ( I guess we never know ) I order a basic cap, so far I am pleased with voltage.
This basic version also comes in a petite and large cap size. I own the large and love it.
Nice to see the "apples to apples " comparison. Have several basic cap Voltages. I tend to shake her out, put her on, spike a bit here & there and ready in under 10 mins. Easy to see why she's been a very popular style for RW.
The one Voltage Elite I had just didn't work for me, so wasn't worth the approx $100. difference. That being said, hand tied caps, when I can afford them have been amazing.

I have 4 Voltage Basic cap wigs in different colors. Voltage is absolutely perfect for me. I have been wondering if I should invest in the Elite version. Because of this review I know that I have been making the right decision. Thank you Denise!
Agree with LS.....you've always got something great to share. I like my Voltage in R56/60 and find her comfortable. I want to try her in a darker shade but am hesitant. Waiting for the best deal. Thanks for all you do for your wig sisters.
I really like the way the basic cap looks which is weird because I typically prefer the look of the high end caps. They are all different and price plays a big part.

Just viewed this (10 months after you made the video)! Great comparison, I’d also like to note that Voltage basic cap also comes in large cap👏🏼 - which is a huge blessing for those in the LCC (Large Cranium Club)! Super comfortable, super cute, super important as so few are not in large cap - and I might go so far as to say it could be (SLIGHTLY?) longer than the average size basic cap.
I love that term! I always struggle to find the right words when it comes to the large cranium club! I agree that the large cap wigs tend to be a little bit longer than the regular.
I like Nour so much better. This is cute but Nour for the win.

Hi, lovely! I'm quite in love with this wig (I was actually torn between Voltage and Winner, but I just guess this one has a lot more of styling potential). I'm just quite unsure about sizes when it comes to short styles, as, though I'm average (circumference=22'', ear to ear=13, front of hairline to nape of neck=13.77''), Ellen Wille wigs run small/tight on me, as well as Noriko ones, while Jon Renau (I've got Rachel which has a hand-tied cap) fits me pretty well. My sensitive skin doesn't get along very well with lace front, so that's why I'm trying to find a cute, comfy, feminine, no lace front short wig, so now I've seen these two lovely styles by Raquel Welch (never had a wig by this brand before) come in large size too, but no idea if that would be too big for me. I wonder if you could give me a hand with this, given that you tried one of them and are familiar with the brand. Thanks a million in advance!
Hi! Our measurements are VERY similar and I find Raquel Welch to fit me great with some room... and very similar to Jon Renau. I have a 22" circumference, ear to ear=13 and front to nape is 12.75 - that is the one area you and I are quite different but I do have some gapping in the cap which means there is room. If you try one I hope it works great!!
@@heywigsister thank you much, I did notice our measurements are quite similar, so every time I lay my eyes on a new wig, I check your channel to see if you've got any review of it. I also asked the lovely Taz about this wig, and she also told me that, just like you say in this video, the shortest styles by RW do fit kinda smaller, and recommended me to go for the large size for comfort issues. The thing is, I ordered Natalie by Jon Renau but still got this style on my wish list ;). Again, thanks so much for your help! :)
I am waiting for a Codi and that one has no lace front but it has bangs ( something I need and love ) but has a double mono filament as you know, I watched your video many times an went for the color you have shown us, auburn sugar rooted, the Codi XO does not have that shade so I had to go for the open weft, I hope I love her because she is like my hair was all my life, straight and chin length, some wigs need more bells and whistles and some don't I guess, I love Voltage because it can go really flat or a bit spiky.

Hi, first time and I like the regular one. It looks Cutier on you, but what do I know. I have never owned a wig. I have thought about it
I have had 3 RW voltage, 2 basic and 1 elite. They were all different and one of the basic wigs was really small, all 3 were either returned or sold🙁
