Even though it wasn’t a re-evaluation I’m happy you got some of your questions answered! I’m the same as you, I’m nervous about trying cbd primarily because the cbd brands are not regulated so there may be a lot of inconsistency in quality. It’s something I’m still debating on. I know it’s hard to not see progress fast. My son had very slow progress in the beginning as well and I would get discouraged as well. Hang in there, soon you’ll start seeing slow and steady progress.💙
Yes I girl I am so scared of tryjng it the doctor told me not to try my local cbd stores because thy aren't credible she said this charlotte's web one was made specifically for autism and that they are credible and a good company so we might do it
Thanks for the update! I’ve been loving watching Emma’s progress!! I’m a pediatric occupational therapist who works primarily with kiddos who have autism. Most of my little ones have ABA as well as OT and speech and it’s amazing the progress these little ones can make when they have a team working together! I’d definitely recommend looking for a speech/OT clinic that will do co-treatments. I do co-treats with speech all day and it’s really helpful for these little ones with sensory needs because as the OT I can provide sensory input to help them focus better with the speech therapist. It’s mutually beneficial!!! Sending lots of love 💗
We have speech already but it’s hard cause it’s all on zoom online and Emma doesn’t focus on that also we are still waiting on ot so far hopefully soon 🙏
RaisingAutism I totally understand! I’m doing zoom sessions with my kiddos right now too and it’s super challenging with all my young ones. They have no interest in me through a screen which makes sense! But you’re doing all the right stuff and once all this craziness is over hopefully you guys can get in person sessions and see even more progress!
Hey guys, a paediatric occupational therapist can assist with all aspects of Emma's daily life including getting to the bottom of her mealtime and sleep challenges (these are very common in ASD). An OT can help distinguish reasons behind them and help understand Emma's sensory preferences (e.g. some kids may appear to be stimming but are actually seeking sensory input) to support her further. Working on these things from such a young age makes a big difference :)
I love that you do all you can for Emma, so many parents neglect the assistance their autistic children need and don’t even try to understand them. Love watching your videos and seeing not just Emma develop, but also watching you guys grow and learn as a family 💖
Good luck in whatever you guys choose for little Emma. I use to give CBG and THC to my daughter. Of course we had to have a recc. Card for the THC since she is a minor. She is 5 yrs old. We were also under supervision of a great Dr who specializes in cannabis. My daughter has self injurious behaviors so thats why I went down the thc route. It does get very expensive but when it works its well worth it. Research CBG. That one is a good one as well. If I can give you one piece advise it would be to go into this knowing it wont be a quick fix. What worked for one kiddo may not work for another. Sometimes it will have the opposite effect. Its all trial and error. But there are a bunch of different options out there. My daughter no longer takes any of the above as she has really matured and come a long way and we feel she no longer needs it at this time. Blessings to you and your family.
You guys do what ever feels right for your family and daughter. It's hard making these kind of decisions when it comes to giving medicine it's never a easy choice to make.
Like I know the song but I never knew what he really said so I made up what I thought was the lyrics and come to find out today i been singing it wrong for years😂
New subscriber here! I just found your channel and I have been binge watching your videos. Emma is so beautiful 😍. You are such an amazing mommy. Blessings to your beautiful family ❤️
I totally think natural pills is always the road to go. I think CBD might be ok guys. Not too sure cause I don’t know much about that stuff. I’ve never tried marijuana...and I don’t think CBD actually has any in it does it? I don’t know 🤷🏻♀️ I do have family/friends who do recommend CBD though. I love watching Emma. Her little voice is the cutest! She’s too beautiful like mama!!
Always here to show our love and support to your beautiful family. Sponge bob is my sons favourite. He loves the movie and has watched it till it worn out lol. Bless you all 💕🌈
I need to go take advantage of those deals girl🤗 Ellie need some summer clothes. Emma is so cute😍 CBD is good for so many things, but I can see how you are hesitant. I let my teens use it topically and it helps. Emmaca😂
CBD does wonders... My nephew uses it and he has improved so much... In Brazil you need a judge to approve the use. But, of course, every parent knows what is best for their child... Emma is sooooo precious.
I'm new to your channel and was wandering how you and your husband turned to Jesus☺️ I would love to hear your testimony...much love from Boca Raton, Florida ♥️
Yes on cbd! We give it to our son and it helps him relax therefore sleep better, leading to better focus. Like you said it wasn’t a direct reaction but as a result of sleeping better.
My daughter was on charlottes web for epilepsy when she was 6 months till around 1 1/2 years old, is completely stopped her seizures :) and we also noticed improved sleep etc but it’s not like it made her drowsy or anything like that. It was great for her epilepsy , she’s now 2
My son is developmental delay and has other disorders. I also do the Omega , Probiotics and B-Complex and a Calm Multivitamin. It will take time and patience to see a difference.
Charlotte's web is full spectrum .03% THC. And it's really pricey. There's a reviewer that does lab testing on cbd products and I found Lazarus naturals. They have cbd Isolate which is 0% thc.i prefer the full spectrum. But they have the purest cbd and it's only $24 for a 15ml bottle. We're literally all using it now. Great benefits!
My son would get stye's all the time at her age, I would just put a warm chamomile tea bag directly on it every 2 hours and it went away. Also, have you guys tried moving Emma to her own room? I know that worked for my daughter's sleep (also had autism). The good thing about early intervention is that when she's starts school, you will be able to get help right away, if she needs a one on one at school. When she's at school they do IEPs every start of the year , they set goals for your child.
Hey Veronica, I absolutely loved all the clothes you got little Emma, when you have girls it is so hard to not get them stuff 😩. I absolutely love Old Navy's clearance section, I have found a lot of cute things for $10 and less. Also, the Children's Place website is having a huge sale right now, I typically don't shop there because I feel like their prices are too high for me but since this whole quarantine thing they lowered prices drastically online. I don't think I have ever mentioned this but I actually have someone very close to me who has autism, I am not too sure of the spectrum they're on but they have some similarities to Emma, I was just going to say that you guys should definitely try the all natural way first continue the therapy etc because honestly even though the CBD oil claims are "all natural" I have read they do have side effects and you truly never know how "all natural" it is. From previous videos I have seen and even the end clip of this one with constant work she will improve tremendously, as u said maybe not instantly or 100% or maybe she will but she definitely shows so much potential! The fact that she was reciting her ABCs is really amazing. Also with the melatonin be cautious to not go up too much especially for her age and as y'all said skip days. Regardless of what u guys do, it is y'all's decision, sending nothing but love and good vibes to y'all. I can't even begin to imagine how challenging it can be but I know through persistence and prayer y'all will get through this.
Ahhh I always wished I had a girl I love the clothes but luckily boys clothes are getting better, I buy alot from kids Gap but I only buy when they have sales cuz it gets super pricey, I do target too. I don't think CBD oil is a bad thing if it works that's awesome. We did things all natural until we couldn't anymore when he got into school and it was clear teaching him would be impossible it doesn't change who he is he's just called his ADHD is better but ofcoarse we want it to be temporary
Oooh excited to be watching this one family!! Here catching up beautiful 💕
Cute headband!
Look at Emma just so cute with the fishies!! 💕💕
Thank you for always showing support friend
I think you can see Emma has made progress. I have watched your channel since the beginning. She is a beautiful, smart little girl🥰

Put a warm compress over her eye, not too hot. It should help with the swelling. I hope she's not too fussy over it.
She won’t let us get near her eye 😩
