Are you able to drink caffeine and soda now? I noticed you were having a burger with a drink. Glad you’ve completely healed and your enjoying your time.
It was a chicken sandwich and an iced tea. I haven’t drank soda in 10 years and won’t ever again. It’s sooo bad for you. But, yes, I drink caffeine every single day and am fine with it!

@@juliannewman8720 I stopped caffeine 2 years before I came off benzos - so that was 2014 the last time I drank it. I JUST started drinking it again this summer and drink it every single day now and I’m totally fine with it.
