While telling a joke, he manages to point out the hypocrisy of many Indian male mindset. As a man, it's embarrassing to be bunched up with fellow Indian men (not all) who are freaking hypocrites about their sexual appetite, judging the women (even men) who make them happy.

Nope. I watch a ton of stand up comedy. Most foreigners base their Indian accent on The Simpson's Papu character which itself was based on mostly North Indians who dominate motels and 7/11s. It's a fact that most foreigners think of North India when India comes up in a conversation. They have no idea about Tamil local English accent.
