To me, hatred of another human being just for who he or she is is the greatest evil. You can be pale as sand in this country and experience hatred for that (buhlieeeve me). Or hatred for your faith. Or for where your parents came from... the lesson I learned from those three realities (so I think it was worth it) was there is no excuse & no justification to hate, to mistreat, to consider taboo any fellow human being b/c he or she looks different. Comes from someplace unknown. Worships God differently or doesn't know Him at all. We can agree or disagree on all kinds of stuff in life, sometimes the things we disagree about may get us pretty riled up--but who we are as people, as fellow human beings...that never changes.
