Hey Mohamed, how's it going? Semi-trailer and semi-trucks aren't the same thing. The semi-trailer is that large thing behind the truck used to take cargos from a place to another.

You don't say semi-trailers in AmE? I don't even know the difference between semi-trailer and semi-truck. :)
