Show us 😁 if it’s for you it won’t pass you by, even if you show us 😁 My current house had just sold when I found the details, that fell through but it sold again before I could get an offer on my house, so I took my house off the market and gave up, only to get a phone call saying- the buyers pulled out on moving day, do we want it? And we sold our house the day it went back on the market 😂😂🤣 so we got our new dream house.. with the view, the studio etc etc. ✨crazy times. Have faith 💕✨ ☀️

I have no desire to purchase a chateau along with all the work, renovation and maintenance that comes with it. Plus the outbuildings and the grounds. I'll just live vicariously.
Totally understandable! They are a lot of work - it's definitely a lifestyle choice! Living vicariously is probably a good idea :) Less work and money, haha!

Many of these old buildings have set empty for so long.... There is plenty for all!
So many are crumbling into history because most French don’t have money to fix their little houses. So a chateau can only be saved by foreigners. Unfortunately it’s reality. 🇨🇦

This chateau has been on the market for years, so obviously there is some serious problems attached to it, there is even a special video just on this place and the gardens from about 10-15 years ago, it is in French. A real chateau has to have been built by an aristocrat, and not a fake given a title by Napoleon or Napoleon III. So many mansions claim chateau, but they aren't.
