My father was healed physically and spiritually in person by Padre Pio, he was thrown out of the confessional three times without absolution, my father converted his life and went to Holy Mass pretty much everyday after that. 🙏🏼

I only know one of the points that my father discussed in the confessional and he told me it as to teach me a lesson also.
My father had an agency in central London and it was open on Sundays and he would work, Padre Pio mentioned to my father that this is what he was doing without him possibly knowing and asked him why? My father tried to explain to the Padre that he lived in London and things were different in comparison to southern Italy(1950’s) he was abruptly stopped and asked ‘why is there no God in London!? Go away and come back when you become a good Catholic and stop working on the Lords day.

You know you can call on our Lord Jesus Christ directly, confessing your sins to Him and plead for forgiveness . He died to set us free from the bondage of sin including that of pornography. We need no other intercessors. The curtain at the temple was torn in half from top to bottom ( Matthew 27:51) at the time that the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross .
This singular event meant that we have direct access to our God without priestly intermediaries as in the ancient Jewish religion .
Cry out to God from the depths of your despair renouncing your addiction to pornography. The Holy Spirit will bring healing and possibly lead you to a men's group who can hold you accountable day by day.
One more thing , you MUST surrender your life to the Lord totally and walk day by day in obedience to His Will for your life . Unless you completely surrender your life to God , I fear that your yearning and desire for pornography will continue to rage on.

I am also his spiritual child, and it troubled me to read that Padre Pio's mother brought him to a fortuneteller, and then, a year later, to a witch because he was sickly - I have heard from exorcists that demonic activity can be passed down simply because a person you are even remotely attached to tampered with the occult, and I am worried because I wrote to San Geovanni Rotundo and formally became a spiritual child of St. Pio, along with my family - I am not casting any blame on St. Pio in any way, but I am worried about what was stated in this presentation about the fortuneteller and the witch - Does anyone think these actions of St. Pio's mother would influence those who became his spiritual child?

This documentary confused me because the lady mentioned that the family would pray rosary and and assist Mass daily and St Padre Pio was an extraordinary child. Wouldn’t he have objected to being taken to a fortune teller and witch doctor?

It's a pity because I was looking for a video in English to share with some protestant friends.

I, once, told them that padre Pío was "like a living Christ" and they shook their hands in front of my face, dismissed me and dropped the conversation.
I was blessed to go to San Giovanni Rotundo in 1997 with 900 other pilgrims. One lady I befriended was sick. She told me in the ladies room that when she was in his Church she felt hands on her back and the words, "I am Padre Pio". Suddenly she felt better, turned around and there wasn't anyone there. She was stunned when I saw her in the ladies room, the reason I asked her if she was ok-then she told me.

Blessed St. Padre Pio , saved me many many times , miraculously helped my niece conceive.
My uncle was adopted from Germany back in the early 60’s and my grandparents had brought him to get blessed by Padre Pio. Years later after my uncle grew up and got married, his one and only son was born on the birthday of Padre Pio.
That was beautiful, thank you. I’m currently recovering from a migraine attack, and it pales into nothing when contemplating the willing suffering of St Pio… what a wonderful man, and example to us. ❤️❤️❤️🙏
I also have migraine for 3 decades now but I learned from Padre Pio's teachings that we offer our suffering for the conversion of sinners same with what the priest told me during confession so all suffering will not put to waste but use it as a sacrifice for others, then it becomes a gift.
I used to get migraines. Then, I received deliverance from evil spirits and the migraine stopped. Many of our ailments come from demons/evil spirits that live within our vessels. You must repent, forgive others, take the Eucharist, do confession, and ask Jesus to deliver you.
I never tire of hearing the story of the life of dear St. Padre Pio.

1st commonion last week, and i was excited to see him. I told him not to forget his prayer and recite the rosary. But my other grandson, Evan, i want him to be baptized into a catholicism, but his mother,
i wouldn't think she likes him to be as a catholics and how i convinced her to have to believe in God.
I have missed his work and worthiness. I am listening because I am interested. If not for my Mother's beliefs , I would not have had my life. Diagnosed with Huntington Disease and fear for her survival by her doctors, she chose to allow me to be present on Earth. Her decision and faith took her back to God. I was made to attend Mass Wednesday and Saturday from four years old to 18 years old. I remain grateful but do not understand how Her church could allow hurting so many. My dilemma.
During the reign of Pie XII, the Church was infiltrated by pseudo-priests from Communist countries trained to destroy it , its teachings, its virtue from within. Those make-believe, fake-priests became Bishop then Cardinals and you get todays misbehaving top-of-the-Church that will be left out at the Schism!
Another source of destruction from within was freemasonnery that seduced cardinal Roncalli while he was à nunciobin France
Neither the Church nor God cause people’s suffering. Humans have free will to choose good or evil. Evil causes suffering. Life is not fair. Don’t know you, but you probably live in a decent house with running water, inside toilets and electricity. Don’t you realize that millions of people today do not live that well? I don’t understand it either, but the Church preaches “Love your neighbor.” Most don’t do so.
Suffering exists so that we will know how to recognize the good in life. If all a person ever knew was good, or success, they would not know to appreciate those times that they won, or when things were good. I hope that makes sense?
It's not your mother's church that"hurts so many." It's the small-minded and small-hearted people that hurt other people. The church is the mystical Body of Christ on the earth. When someone behaves badly, it's Christ Himself being "edged out" by the domineering ego of that person. EGO = "Edging God Out." People like Padre Pio reveal Christ as He longs to be revealed. One must die to that small, little, false self in order for that little seed to let go of itself and become a nurturing, life-giving harvest. You hang in there, Robert, and don't let anyone deprive you of the joy of our Blessed Lord! Associate with the loving, other-centered, inclusive people which shine like stars in the night sky.

I will never forget when I dozed off on my recliner late at night. When I dozed off I awoke again In my living room but unable to move. (It was like I fell asleep and entered back into almost a different version of my room) I could feel a very dark energy entering the room from the left. Frightened I tried to move and scream. I could not move and all the words I tried yelling came out as breathy unintelligible whispers. I saw the figure start to move in but couldn’t not make it out quite yet and I again tried to yell get away louder but I couldn’t get the words out. It was not until I said I believe in Jesus Christ was I able to speak again. As soon as I reached the word Christ I awoke again and sat straight up. I woke up yelling Christ. I look around fearfully and then my TV turned on. I thought maybe I had sat on my remote but I looked over and saw the remote on the table across the room. I picked up my phone and saw the time was 3:33am. This scared me even further. I started praying and peace fell over me and I went back to sleep. I started praying out loud in my home after this and have never had such a thing happen to me since.

Thro revelation having heard the whole history of Padre PIO I have received God's favour as I represent my children and my children's children. May future represent us to the next stage. Am ready to embrace what will come on our way being uplifted spiritually. The day is still long and we are living one day at a time. Before dawn expect many more wonders. Our God is always making something new today. I will not rest until that time my daughter's swollen legs will be as God had planned even before creation. She suffers malformation and no doctor has ever diagnosed the cause. Reacting on creative words spoken by late Rev Fr Martin Mwangi, my daughter has no problem. It was I who was being attacked in vain and the problem went to my daughter. My greatest happiness is that I was saved from the world of attacks. The truth is in late Rev. Fr. Martin Mwangi. May his soul rest in peace. Thro faith this will be another tough beginning. There is no summary in life. Summary means am no longer in this world. Forward ever backward never.

Agree! Well done documentary’. I was very disappointed by the recent movie “Padre Pio”; it was essentially about the political chaos in the Italian region after WW1. Padre Pio was used seemingly as a mere film prop; what little that was displayed of him was acted by Shia LaBeouf reverently & convincingly-my dismay has nothing to do with his performance. His talent COULD have been used more wisely, considering the wealth of data re:character, diverse stories, trials & tribulations + miracles related to this modern day Saint (as nicely outlined by you, here). Brief gratuitous nudity was another negative in the movie. Your documentary however was a pleasant surprise.
