Mere paas bhi elite i20 hai 2016 model. Or ye kha jaye ki "sasural mei dmaad ki baat itni ni maani jati jitni hyundai ke service centers mei customer ki maani jati hai" to glt nhi hoga.
My uncle had i10 2009 and last year he exchanged it with Grand i10 2019.
I have also observed that hyundai customers are more loyal to the brand.

I've a new santro also. And I realize its ac is one of a best one.
I drove this for 700 kms in one go. No issue at all. 2000 kms in 5 days.
7000 chala ke problem nahi pata chalta babu....
Mai tiago se 8 mahine me 15000 chala chuka...Mostly highway and broken cc road.
No problem yet. I continuously drive 120 km mostly in week without any stoppage.
Mere dost ke pass bhi tiago hai..Wo ek 450 km lagatar chalaye hai, ek Tour me.maza aata hai chalane me...Aur iska music system best hai...Koi nahi hai takkar..

Bhai maine santro xing 2009 model main 950 kms ka drive(in 2017)single go main kiya hai aur bilkul bhi thakan nahi hui from Udaipur to Mohali... It took almost 16 hrs with 3 breaks of 35-40 mins each. The biggest positive of this car is upright sitting.. Good for small height persons also.

If you are looking vw polo for single use then go for it, it have excellent engine and overall interior and exterior quality, but u have family and want to buy polo then polo isn't for you because it has very few leg space at back. It is very good as a driver's car.
I already have a baleno for family use. Looking to buy used polo in good condition. I am just hesitant to buy due to polo's service.
Please avoid polo until or unless you live in metro city it does not make any sense because they have very less in the term of service center and parts are quite expensive

4 rear passanger k liye mast jaga hey for 3 people with ac
5airy and posh upmarket interiors
6 maintenance kam dege lag toh raha hey
7if ur budget is strictly on 4.5lakh u can go for it upper models r useless and expensive acc to me
Now cons.
1Car is simply boring not atall for enthusiastic drivers when I drive Tiago I went mad for its sheer drive pleasure it's pickup gears throws where also good but on the notchier side but it's steering connection to road was awesome the seating position was awesome but the tiagos base model was 5.8 lakh even I had a good experience with ford freestyle but same issue price bracket.
2.pickup is lazy and u need to shift grears frequently better opt for auto
3.steering is accurate but need to practice with typically hyundai systems
4suspensins is worst but better than alto K10 not good like tiago(which is butter smooth) like grand i10 even new wagon r is also smooth in ride quality but wagon is comprised in built quality as u all know
That's it a pure review see if ur budget allows then go fir base model of Tiago or free style if it isn't go for santro as it kills K10 with similar price even Celerio base model was bit expensive than this model which misses pretty major features ,which this 1 has
All in all its ur hard earned or papa given money spend wisely on cars after all it's a dead investment and depreciable asset
