My best friend died in a car wreck 4 months ago. I haven't been sober in forever. This piece made me realize I need to go to rehab. I'm getting clean next Tuesday. Thank you so much.💙💙

Go see a therapist. If you need medicine they know better. My normal doc put me on trazodone and k-pin for anxiety and insomnia. Fucked me up for a couple years. Quit on my own cause I couldn't remember anything. Now, 7-8 years later I see a therapist and find out I'm bipolar and what they were giving me was pretty much the opposite of what I needed.
