I love how theres a strong anti-habitat destruction message to these books but the entire premise is based on a massive population of feral cats, which would absolutely wreak havoc on the ecosystem 😂
Lol yeah I always found it a bit strange that the cats will hunt so much in the summer even when they're overly full, I feel like eventually they would just kill too much prey for it to reproduce again
these reviews are really showing me how much i read these book out of order/ skipped books because my school library didn't have all of them. while the first series was definitely the best, i really think i remember the characters from the third series the best, especially with the blind medicine cat (i don't remember his name) and the specials. my favorites were always yellowfang's special and the SkyClan special (i think that was the first one i read). the scenes with the rats in that one terrified me
As an adult who also accidentally fell into a warriors reread I’m really loving that this turned into a part two. My books were in a box at my moms house too
Hey there! New fan! I discovered your channel earlier when I saw part one of this series. I'm gonna warn you, if you do end up reading the third arc in the Warriors series "Power Of Three", just know that some of the books in that series aren't very well liked. Some of them are boring, the pacing is incredibly slow and the plot is basically non-existent. However a lot of important things to know happen so I wouldn't recommend skipping it entirely. Some books in POT have a lot of issues.. for example Outcast, which is pretty bad. I literally got so bored reading Dark River that I stopped reading halfway through and just listened to a book summary. If you're gonna read the third series in Warriors, go for it! I'd love to hear your thoughts! But just know it's not exactly the best... Eclipse is probably my FAVORITE book in Power Of Three. It's basically famous for a certain scene and character.. One more thing to say! -Erin Hunter also has a similar series to Warriors, but it has dogs instead! It's called Survivors! It's not very well known or popular as Warrior Cats but I'd love to see your thoughts on that too!
I've read POT already! Probably twice when I was younger. I stopped reading after the end of OOTS so I know everything that happens up until the end of that arc. I did start filming a readthrough of POT a few months ago but got a bit burned out around Eclipse. I might continue though if these videos pick up traction again! And tbh I don't really like dogs hahaha so that's why I never read Survivors. I did read Seekers (the bears) as a kid though!
