Hello,
SUMMARY:-
There are total 12 rajyogas defined in jaimini jyotish which is far less as compared to lakhs of yogas defined in parashara astrology.
These yogas are formed by five planets only i.e. atmakaraka, amatyakaraka, putrakaraka, darakaraka and 5th lord of the lagna chart.
Apart from this moon and venus are two other planets which form very powerful jaimini rajyoga as well as the dhan yoga.
Most powerful rajyoga considered of these 12 rajyogas are
1. Atmakaraka + Amatyakaraka
2. Moon Rajyoga
3. Moon + Venus in aspect with each other in kendra or trikona houses
You must apply theese yogas in navamsha chart as well for seeing the fortunate events after middle age.

Raj yoga by Atma Karak mentioned according to strengths(ascending)
1st: AK and AMK conjunct or aspects
2nd: AK and PK conjuct or aspects
3rd: AK and 5th lord conj or aspects
4th: AK and DK conj or aspects
last 2 yogas,
Moon aspects or conjuct with 4 benefic planets (or malefic planet with good position and degree) [apply parashara's aspect too]
Dhan yoga: Venus and moon in conj or aspects [ not applied in 6,8,12] [kendra and trikon works]

I have Pisces lagna . Moon in lagna at 29 degree atmakaraka. Mercury in 7th house with 27 degree. Moon and mercury aspects each other through jaimini aspect. Mars in 6th house and ketu in 9th house with Jupiter. Mars , exalted mercury , Jupiter and exalted ketu aspecting moon. Now in navamsha. Moon and mercury vargottama and aspect each other again. Mars and debilitated Venus and mercury in Virgo aspecting moon in Pisces. Saturn in Capricorn in navamsha aspecting moon as well. But no success in life. I am 35 years old. 21/10/1983 time 16:33 place Ahmadabad, Gujarat.

sir namste ...you said when analysing dhan yogas of jaimini do not use parashari aspects but in jaimini also planet's nature is same and houses (1-12) also signify same as in parshari then if a planet aspects by parshari drishti why should we not take parashari drishti afterall for dhan yoga to fructify 2 planets should mutually influence be it parashari or jaimini so please clarify ,thank you

My aatmakarak and aamatyakarak are in conjunction in kendra 7th house with only 1 degree diff.22 and 21 and aamatyakarak is venus exalted in pisces.kanya lagna
my atmakarak is venus libra lagna and amatya karak saturn sitting in 2nd house taurus in d9.moon is sitting with venus and sun in navamsa i taurus.saturn is retro
ak and amk in conjunction in 3rd house in amk own house, both r closely conjunct ak(venus) is 19.59 and amk(saturn)19.05degree..in capricorn..

Wondering what does it indicate?
I have AK Venus and AmK Mars almost at same degrees (29.53 and 29.42 degrees in my 11th house. I learned this forms "Raj Sambandha" yoga but what is the actual effect of this strong raj yoga? Also I learned this is a gandanta point (both in Ashlesha nakshatra, pada 4). Thank you!

Just a query on the Raj yogas in the Navamsha chart. Do we have to calculate fresh karakas in the Navamsha chart based on their degrees or do we use the karakas in the birth (rasi) chart ?

AstroEdify Just to bring to your notice that some popular astrology software like Jagannatha Hora treat only Rahu (not Ketu) as one of the karakas. This takes total number of karakas to 8, one additional being PiK (don't know the full form)
Since you have highlighted that there are only 7 karakas, just wanted to confirm again that Rahu isn't considered as one of them.
AstroEdify If the Atma Karaka (AK) is itself the 5th lord, does it automatically qualify as one of the Raj yogas?
Please consider a case: Jupiter as 5th lord in Scorpio ascendant chart. It is placed in own sign Pisces 29.52' (Gandanta). However, it is vargottama, placed in Pisces in Navamsha chart as well.
I am confused whether it forms Jaimini Raj yoga as 5th lord in birth chart. It is Gandanta and Vargottama at the same time.
Further, when we check PK + 5th lord in Navamsha chart, which 5th lord do we see, Birth chart or Navamsha chart?
Would appreciate your response!!
AstroEdify Does the quality / strength of the Jaimini Raj yogas vary depending on -
1. The relationship between AK and AmK? E.g. Sun (AK) and Sat (AmK) are strong enemies. But if they are conjunct / aspect, does the AK + AmK still hold in same quality?
2. The type of planets conjunct AK / AmK?
E.g. Jup (AK) in Pisces and Ven (AmK) conjuct strong enemy Sun in Gemini. Does the AK + AmK still hold in same quality?
3. The houses which AK and AmK rule over?
E.g. Scorpio ASC Jup (AK) as 5th Lord aspecting Ven (AmK) as 12th lord. Does the AK + AmK still hold in same quality?
Also please let us know how and when these Raj yogas get activated.
