No ! The Seagate Expansion Card runs at 2400Mb/s and the WD Black runs at 130Mb/s. You can not install Xbox Series X and S games on the WD Black BUT you CAN install Xbox Series X and S games on the Seagate 2TB SSD Expansion Card ! :)
