My wife and I love your show. While we plan to visit Texas when I retire (we live in Michigan), your program gives us an opportunity to see the state. Also, it encourages us to think differently about Texas beyond the national headlines.
I Want To Thank You . For your wonderful story about the post office . The comic book store . And most of all Safe In Austin . How the children and the animals . Are brought together to help each other . And to become friends . And love each other . Have A Blessed Day . ❤🙏🏼❤
The story of Jamie Wallace-Grinder running Safe In Austin was heart warming, she is incredible. Love the positive stories from TCR. I used to watch TCR when I lived in Texas over 2 decades ago, now I can watch it here on youtube!
JB- incredible job. I’ve watched all the way back to 4Country……your stories are already some of the best. This sixth generation Texas say Keep ‘em coming!
Thanks, J.B., you're doing great. Finding your own path and doing a great job. These were some excellent stories. God bless y'all for what you're doing. Stay safe out there on your travels and the journey.
Byron Canady is doing more than some teachers by getting kids to put the screens down and opening a book, even if it is a comic book. Reading opens more doors than any video or computer game. Bravo Byron bravo!
We have lived here in New Braunfels since 1983, with this Post Office. Was here when it snowed 13 inches and the population was approx 29K.. We love eating at McAdoo’s Seafood restaurant , one of the finer food establishments in New Braunfels, Tx. Cheers and now population is expected to reach 100K+.
Someone did the same thing where I live with an old post office. It’s around the corner from my house I’ve never been to it because everyone says it’s very expensive to eat there. That leaves me out.
Thank you for bringing us these shows. I’m 75 and have watched TCR for as long as I can remember. Blessings to y’all.

Stevens Street grill in Bridgeport TX is also built in an old Post office, probably not as old as that one

Go during happy hour and have a drink and an appetizer if you’d like to try without spending too much😊
Social Security doesn’t pay me enough to go out and eat. Not even enough to get my car fixed I have to use the bus or walk.😡🤬
Love me some McAdoo’s!
Man thats a sweet idea! I wonder if its still considered a federal building though...

I love them but my husband wouldn’t touch one for years, then he tried a small fried one and was hooked. 😊
@@judyp.6753 I heard someone say they were extra chewy, almost rubber like. That's when I made up my mind that they weren't for me .
Man us humans sometimes don’t deserve dogs, but I’m glad angels exist.
