Private tenants ie housing have good rights but, commercial no so many rights. Its sad to see so much work get undone in a short 15 min video. I hope you manage to find a new site to move to.

If you can show the banks and whatever the trade was on the up maybe they will help finance a new place of your own you cant be moved out of? Start up grants and all that.

Happened to me. Bought some land and build a small pre fab unit. Paid for itself over 6 years now. Makes a big diff when you own it as you know its yours forever and you go that extra mile to make it better
This happened to my mate Charlie that owns Surrey rolling road. It forced him into buying a freehold place. Best decision ever. Hope you get sorted soon.

Hi buddy i know that feeling very well your suffering a loss of history learning and a place you loved , i done some experiences back when we broke records with fiestas in the early 2000's it seems to be the way it is for us small guys , i am in the same position right now at almost 58 years old still have a love to tune cars ,you will be ok be positive some one will help good luck and never give up.
People getting ride of cash money before Digital kicks in. I was thinking when you did all that work if you got a good lease. Every square inch in the world is getting accounted for. Maybe mount it in a semi trailer with some slide outs. Then you have to store it. Good luck
